Թալիշում մարտական հենակետ հետ վերցնելու համար մեդալ ստացած զինվորի գրքույկում ջնջում են արել զինկոմիսարիատում ու չեն ուղղում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստի» խմբագրություն է դիմել ԼՂՀ Թալիշի դիրքերում ծառայած նախկին ժամկետային զինծառայող, միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ Պարգև Խաչատրյանի քույրը՝ Կարինե Խաչատրյանը՝ բողոքելով, որ շուրջ մեկ ամիս է՝ իրենք պատասխան չեն ստանում պաշտպանության նախարարությունից եղբոր զինգրքույկում կատարված ջնջումի առթիվ:
«Կոնկրետ ապրիլի 1–ին եղբայրս բարձրացած է եղել Թալիշի մարտական դիրքեր, գիշերը պատերազմական գործողությունները սկսվել են: Որպես գնդացրորդ ծառայել է Թալիշի առաջին գծում, այն դեպքում, երբ միակողմանի ծնողազուրկ է: Գրքույկում նախ նշված է, որ ինքը մասնակցել է ապրիլյան մարտերին, գնդացրորդի պաշտոնում, սակայն հետո ջնջվել է այդ մասը, այն դեպքում, երբ մարտերի ժամանակ եղբայրս վիրավորվել է, բեկորներ կան գլխի մեջ` ճակատային հատվածում: Բացի դա, Թալիշի մարտական հենակետերից մեկը հետ վերցնելու համար պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը պարգևատրել է իրեն: Ծառայության ամսիներին զինգրքույկի մեջ գրված է եղել, որ մասնակցել է մարտերին: Չի պատկերացրել, որ վերջին օրը կարող են փոխել գրառումը»,– պատմեց զինվորի քույրը:
Գրքույկում ջնջումը տեսնելուց հետո զինվորը հունվարի 26–ին Մաշտոցի զինկոմիսարիատում դիմում է գրել: Բացի դա՝ հարազատները զանգահարել են թե ՀՀ ՊՆ, թե ԼՂՀ ՊՆ թեժ գիծ, սակայն մինչ այժմ որևէ արդյունքի չեն հասել:
«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ասացին, որ ռազմական ոստիկանություն ենք զանգել, իրենք տվյալները փոխանցել են ու մինչև հիմա պատասխան չկա, զանգում ենք, կոպիտ են արձագանքում»,– ասաց զինվորի քույրը՝ շարունակելով. «Իսկ մի քանի օր առաջ եղբորս զինգրքույկը հետ են տվել, դիմումը մեջը դրված է եղել: Իսկ զինկոմիսարիատ որ խոսեցի, էդ կինն ասեց, մենք ֆաքսով ենք ուղարկել, հարցում ենք արել: Հարց է ծագում՝ ինչո՞ւ է դիմումը զինգրքույկի մեջ եղել: Եթե մինչև հիմա իրենք չեն իմացել, թե ինչ է դրված զինգրքույկում, իրենք ո՞նց են գործին ընթացք տվել»:
Զինվորի ընտանիքն ասում է, որ ՊՆ–ից պատասխան է ակնկալում ու շարունակելու է պայքարել՝ զինվորի մասնակցությունը ապրիլյան պատերազմին հաստատելու համար, քանի որ «կյանքը վտանգած զինվորի հանդեպ անարդար վերաբերմունքը, մեղմ ասած, վիրավորական է»:
