shamshyan.com․ Երեկ ոստիկանները փրկեցին Տավուշի մարզպետին, իսկ այսօր նա Նաջարյանի օրինակով՝ մատ էր թափ տալիս ոստիկանության ծառայողի վրա. հավաքվածներն էլ ասում էին՝ մարզպետի համար «աշխարհը ցուրտ է ու խափուսիկ է»(տեսանյութ)

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 11-ին, Տավուշի մարզում Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Տավուշի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության և նույն վարչության Իջևանի, ինչպես նաև Սևանի ջրասուզակները 2 օր շարունակ որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում հայտնաբերել էին Աղստև գետն ընկած, Հաղարծին գյուղի բնակչի կողմից վարած ավտոմեքենան (որի մեջ հայտնաբերվել էր վարորդի դին), տեղում փրկարարների և ջրասուզակաների անվտանգ աշխատանքն ապահովելու նպատակով ծառայություն էին կատարում ճանապարհային ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 4-րդ վաշտի 2-ր դասակի և ոստիկանության Դիլիջանի բաժնի ծառայողները, ովքեր, ի դեպ, ոչ միայն ծառայութուն, այլ երեկվանից ոստիկանության Տավուշի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Իջևանի բաժնի իրենց գոծընկերների հետ ներգրավված էին քաղաքացու որոնողական աշխատանքներում, մինչդեռ Տավուշի մարզպետարանից ոչ մի չինովնիկ չէր բարեհաճել գալ ու միանալ փրկարարներին, ոստիկաններին, Դիլիջանի քաղաքապետի աշխատակիցներին ու գյուղացիներին:

Երեկ՝ մայիսի 10-ին, նույնիսկ լարված իրավիճակ էր ստեղծվել Տավուշի մարզում, երբ Խաշթառակ և Լուսաձոր գյուղերի բնակիչները՝ ի նշան բողոքի Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանի, փակել էին ճանապարհը ու պահանջում էին հանդիպում մարզպետ Հայկ Չոբանյանի հետ, սակայն վերջինս այդպես էլ չբարեհաճեց հանդիպման, փոխարենը մարզպետին փրկեցին մարզի ոստիկանները, ովքեր բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների հետ բանակցությունների արդյունքում հասան նրան, որ ճանապարհը բացվեց:

Այսօր՝ մայիսի 11-ին, երբ Աղստև գետից դուրս էր բերվում ավտոմեքենան, ճանապարհը մի պահ փակվեց՝ ելնելով վերամբարձ կռունկի և քարշակի, ինչպես նաև տեղում քննիչի կողմից դեպքի վայրի զննություն կատարելու անվտանգությունից ու այդ ամենը, չգիտես ինչու, դուր չեկավ Տավուշի Մեծն մարզպետ պարոն Հայկ Չոբանյանին ու նա Toyota մակնիշի 045 ԼԼ 55 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով, որը վարում էր ինքը՝ առանց ամրագոտին կապելու, հայտնի «Ոսկե ցլիկ» ֆիլմի Նաջարյանի օրինակով սկսեց մատ թափ տալ ոստիկանի վրա, հոխորտալ, թե ինչի եք ճանապարհը փակել ու երբ տեսավ, որ իր քաջագործությունը ֆիքսվում է, գլխիկոր հեռացավ:

Հավաքված քաղաքացիներն էլ, իմանալով, որ ոստիկանի վրա մատ թափ տվողն ու անհիմն հոխորտացողը իրենց մարզպետն է, ասում էին. «2 օր ա պահանջում էինք, որ գար դեպքի վայր, չկար: Էկե հասե, հասել էիր, գոնե կանգնեիր ձևական, իջնեիր, հետաքրքրվեիր, թե չէ մատ թափ տալով մինչև ո՞ւր կգնաս: Ոստիկանի վրա ես մատ թափ տալիս, ով երեկ քեզ փրկեց, քանի որ գյուղացիները չէին բացում ճանապարհը, դա էլ պատասխան շնորհակալությունն էր: Հիմա ոնց չասես, պարոն մարզպետ, «աշխարհը ցուրտ է ու խափուսիկ է»:
