Պարոն Փաշինյան, Ձեզ ապատեղեկացնում են․ Հովհաննես Գալստյան

Պարալլելս Ֆիլմպրոդաքշն կինոընկերության հիմնադիր Հովհաննես Գալստյան իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է․ 

«Պարոն Փաշինյան, Ձեզ մեղմ ասած, ապատեղեկացնում են։

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից «Ի կատարումն ՀՀ վարչապետի 2020 թվականի մայիսի 6-ի թիվ 02/11.5/21886-2020 հանձնարարականի» ՀՀ վարչապետ Փաշինյանին ու ինձ հայտնել են, որ․ «դիմումով բարձրացված հարցադրումները դեռևս քննության փուլում գտնվող թիվ ՎԴ/3143/05/19 քաղաքացիական գործի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ քննչական մարմինների կողմից սթ մարտի 31-ին հարուցված թիվ 10105020 քրեական գործի շրջանակներում են» և «կայացվելիք ակտերի համատեքստում էլ համարժեք կլինեն Նախարարության մնացած բոլոր գործողությունները»:

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ պատասխանը խեղաթյուրում է վարչապետ Փաշինյանին ուղված բաց նամակում ներկայացված հարցի էությունն ու բովանդակությունը։ Նամակը՝ «ՀՀ Մշակույթի նախարարի նախկին ժ․պ․ Նազենի Ղարիբյանի և Հայաստանի ազգային կինոկենտրոն ՊՈԱԿ տնօրենի ժ․պ․ Շուշանիկ Միրզախանյանի կողմից արտասահմանյան մասնավոր կինոընկերություններին հասցրած 62,4 մլն ՀՀ դրամի, ՀՀ Պետական բյուջեին հասցրած 23 մլն ՀՀ դրամի վնասի և միջազգային պայմանագրերով նախատեսված 180 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ներդրումների սառեցման» մասին է։ Իսկ պատասխանը՝ «պեչենու բաղերի» մասին։

1). Պատասխանում հիշատակված «ՎԴ/3143/05/19 քաղաքացիական գործը» վերաբերվում է ֆիլմի հաստատված պետական ֆինանսավորումը ապօրինաբար կասեցնելուն։ Իսկ նամակում ես հայտնում եմ արդեն արված ներդրումները փոշիացնելու և միջազգային ներդրումները սառեցնելու մասին։ Տարբերությունը չհասկանալը տրիվիալ տգիտություն է, կամ դիտավորություն։

2). «թիվ 10105020 քրեական գործում» մենք ներգրավված ենք որպես ՏՈՒԺՈՂ։ Այն նույնպես կապ չունի «արտասահմանյան մասնավոր կինոընկերությունների հասցրած 62,4 մլն ՀՀ դրամի, ՀՀ Պետական բյուջեին հասցրած 23 մլն ՀՀ դրամի վնասի և 180 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ներդրումների սառեցման» հետ, ինչի մասին ես գրել էի և Փաշինյանն էլ ակնկալել էր պարզաբանում ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից։

3)․ Ամենանողկալին, սակայն այն է, որ պարզաբանման մեջ ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից «մոռացել են» վարչապետ Փաշինյանին տեղեկացնել թիվ 10101319 քրեական գործի կարճման մասին։ Մինչդեռ հենց այդ գործի հիմքում դրված կեղծ «փաստերին» հղում անելով են Նազենի Ղարիբյանը և Շուշանիկ Միրզախանյանը «արտասահմանյան մասնավոր կինոընկերություններին հասցրել 62,4 մլն ՀՀ դրամի, ՀՀ Պետական բյուջեին՝ 23 մլն ՀՀ դրամի վնաս և սառեցրել 180 մլն ՀՀ դրամի ներդրումները»։

Հգ․ Շարունակեք ստել, պարոնայք, որովհետև, ինչպես զգուշացրել էի, այս պատասխանը ավելացնելու է ֆիլմի և իմ ընկերության դեմ ՀՀ պետական կառույցների սանձազերծած հետևողական պայքարի՝ ապօրինությունների, ստի, զրպարտության, ապացույցների հարուստ բազան»։
