«Ժողովուրդ». Միխայիլ Բաղդասարովը Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ ԱԱԾ-ում հաղորդում է ներկայացրել . 7 մլն դոլար կաշառք է տվել

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ArmLur.am-ին մանրամասներ են հայտնի դարձել գործարար Միխայիլ Բաղդասարովի կողմից Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ ԱԱԾ-ում հաղորդում ներկայացնելու մասին: Մասնավորապես, մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, թե, դիմելով իրավապահներին, ինչ է հայտնել Միխայիլ Բաղդասարովը: Վերջինս իր դիմումում նշել է, որ, բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների համաձայն, 1998-2010թթ. ընթացքում Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում զբաղվել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ եւ նույն ժամանակահատվածում ստացված եկամուտներից շուրջ 7.000.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար առձեռն փոխանցել է բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի:

Եվ, ահա, մեզ հայտնի դարձավ, որ ԱԱԾ-ում այս դեպքի մասով հարուցված է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311 հոդ. 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից խոշոր չափերի կաշառք ստանալը, այսինքն՝ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից անձամբ կամ միջնորդի միջոցով իր կամ այլ անձի համար դրամ, գույք, գույքի նկատմամբ իրավունք, արժեթղթեր կամ որեւէ այլ առավելություն ստանալը կամ պահանջելը կամ ստանալու խոստումը կամ առաջարկն ընդունելը՝ կաշառք տվողի կամ նրա ներկայացրած անձի օգտին պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում որեւէ գործողություն կատարելու կամ չկատարելու կամ իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով այդպիսի գործողություն կատարելուն կամ չկատարելուն նպաստելու կամ ծառայության գծով հովանավորչության կամ թողտվության համար, պատժվում են ազատազրկմամ` յոթից տասներկու տարի ժամկետով` գույքի բռնագրավմամբ կամ առանց դրա):

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 17-ին տեղեկություններ հրապարակվեցին, որ ՀՀԿ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ, բացի արդեն դատարան մտած դիզվառելիքի գործից, եւս մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցված, որը վերաբերում է արդեն կաշառք ստանալուն: Մասնավորապես, հրապարակվել էր, որ այդ գործով մի գործարար ցուցմունք է տվել եւ ասել, որ 7 միլիոն դոլար առձեռն կաշառք է տվել Սերժ Սարգսյանին:

Եվ, ահա, իրավապահ շրջանակներից ArmLur.am-ին հայտնել էին, որ այն գործարարը, որը Սերժ Սարգսյանին առնչվող քրեական գործով ցուցմունք է տվել, նրա վաղեմի ընկեր, սնանկացած գործարար Միխայիլ Բաղդասարովն է»:
