«Իրատես». Վարչապետը շատ չոր է արձագանքել. Որն է Էրիկ Գրիգորյանի պաշտոնից ազատման իրական պատճառը

«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Շրջակա միջավայրի նախկին նախարար Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը սրտնեղած է հեռացել. իշխանությունը չի գնահատել իր ու իր թիմի` առանց «լայքերի» աշխատանքը: «Մեր աշխատանքներն այս համատարած սենսացիոն եւ լայքաբեր տեղեկատվական հոսքերում տեղ չգտան եւ հնչեղություն չստացան, միգուցե շատ զբաղված էինք համակարգ կառուցելով, քան աղմուկ հանելով»,- հրաժեշտի իր խոսքում, մի քանի տասնյակ ձեռքբերումներ թվարկելով, արձանագրել է նախկին նախարարը:

Գրիգորյանի պաշտոնանկության պատճառներն իրականում «լայքերի» հետ կապ չունեն: «Իրատեսի» հետ զրույցում նախարարությանը մոտ կանգնած աղբյուրը նշեց՝ պատճառները մի քանիսն են, բայց հիմնականը կապված է հանքարդյունաբերության հետ. «Կառավարության` ղեկավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող պաշտոնյաներից մեկը (Սուրեն Պապիկյան) հարցում է ուղարկել շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարին, թե ինչպես եւ ինչ պայմաններում է եղել, որ պահպանվող տարածքներից օտարվել են ահռելի տարածություններ ու տրամադրվել հանքարդյունաբերողներին: Գրիգորյանի կաբինետը մինչեւ հրաժարականի օրն այդպես էլ չի պատասխանել այդ հարցմանը: Խոսքն «Արեւիկ» ազգային պարկի մասին է: Չեմ բացառում՝ նաեւ Ամուլսարի հողահատկացումների հետ կապված հարց է եղել»:

Մեր զրուցակիցը նշեց, որ Գրիգորյանի պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում ծաղկում էր ապրում նրա հետ փոխկապակցված մարդկանց կազմակերպությունների գործունեությունը: Նա հավելեց, որ անդավաճան ընկերները, դեպքերի բավական հետաքրքիր զարգացմամբ, շղթայական ռեակցիայի նմանությամբ, հայտնվել էին բնապահպանության ոլորտում:

«Նախ` փոխնախարարի աթոռին հայտնվեց Խաչիկ Հակոբյանը, հետո` Ռուբեն Խաչատրյանը՝ «Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի պատասխանատուներից Հարություն Խաչատրյանի որդին, կենդանաբանական այգու տնօրեն նշանակվեց, որոշ ժամանակ անց, ՀՀԿ-ին «ֆիկտիվ» անդամակցության գնով, բնապահպանության փոխնախարարի մյուս աթոռը զբաղեցրեց Էրիկ Գրիգորյանը:

Հետո դեպքերի ու իրադարձությունների փոխատեղումներ տեղի ունեցան՝ Գրիգորյանը նախարար դարձավ, Խաչատրյանը տեւական ժամանակ կառչած էր կենդանաբանական այգու աթոռից, Հակոբյանն էլ բնապահպանության նախարարությունից սահուն քայլերով պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության պետի տեղակալի, այնուհետ` Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանի բնապահպանության վարչության պետի պաշտոնին անցավ: Նրանցից որեւէ մեկը թեեւ այժմ չի պաշտոնավարում, բայց կարեւորագույն պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու ժամանակ ոչ կոմպետենտ կառավարմամբ նրանք բավական մեծ վնաս են հասցրել ոլորտին»,- ներկայացրեց «Իրատեսի» զրուցակիցը:

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ Էրիկ Գրիգորյանին նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատելը կապված է նաեւ անտառտնտեսության Իջեւանի մասնաճյուղում վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մտերիմ մարդուն պաշտոն տալու հետ: Ըստ նրա՝ Գրիգորյանը հակադարձել է Փաշինյանին ու հիշեցրել, որ անտառտնտեսության աշխատակիցը նախկինում ծառերի ապօրինի հատմամբ է զբաղված եղել, այսպես ասած, փայտի գործ է արել. «Սակայն Փաշինյանն անդրդվելի է մնացել: Ասել է՝ ծանոթ մարդ է, պետք է աշխատի, ու վերջ: Գրիգորյանի հակադարձմանը, թե ինքն այդ մարդու հետ չի կարող համագործակցել, վարչապետը չոր է արձագանքել՝ չես կարող աշխատել, հեռացիր»:
