Ձեր մտքով անցնում է, որ դուք մեզ կարող եք խաբե՞լ. մեզ հնարավոր չի խաբել. Փաշինյանը՝ իրավապահներին

Չեմ հիշում Լենինն էր ասել, թե Ստալինը, որ կադրերն են որոշում ամեն ինչ, հիմա էլ այդպես է: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մայիսի 6-ին, ԱԺ-ում 2019-ի բյուջեի կատարողականի քննարկման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Մեր իրավապահ համակարգը շոկի մեջ է, եւ ես դա զգում եմ տարբեր առիթներով: Նույն ոստիկանության, ԱԱԾ-ի աչքի առաջ տեղի է ունեցել մի բան, որը երկար տարիներ նրանց ներշնչվել է, որ չի կարող նման բան տեղի ունենալ: Խոսքը 2018-ի հեղափոխության մասին է: Հիմա էլ շատ մարդիկ նայում ու իրենց աչքերին չեն հավատում, որ ես այստեղ կանգնած եմ որպես ՀՀ վարչապետ: Ես իրենց օբյեկտն եմ եղել 10-յակ տարի: Իմ խնդիրը եղել է այն, որ ես օգնեմ այդ համակարգերին, որ հաղթահարեն այդ շոկը, հասկանան, որ այս նոր իրավիճակում իրենց ուսերին ավելի ազնիվ առաքելություն է դրված: Ոստիկանության ամենամեծ խնդիրը ես այդ շոկն եմ համարում, որը դեռ հաղթահարված չի: Բայց ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք ոչ թե պետք է փետն առնենք, ընկնենք ոստիկանների հետեւից, այլ օգնենք իրենց, նաեւ բարեփոխումներ անենք»,-հայտարարեց վարչապետը:

Նա հավելեց, որ հիմա Հայաստանում թավիշ բառը նեգատիվ իմաստ է ստացել, բայց իրենք անում են այն, ինչ խոստացել են. «Մենք ասել ենք, որ չի լինելու կադրային ջարդ, ասել ենք, որ ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիները ունենալու են շանս ապրել ու աշխատել այս նոր միջավայրում: Մենք չենք ուզեցել գալ ու մարդկանց բաժանել հեղափոխականների ու հակահեղափոխականների: Յուրաքանչյուր ոստիկան, դատավոր, քննիչ, իր շանսն ունեցել է, բայց ես համաձայն եմ, որ ժամանակն սպառվում է:

Նրանք, որոնք այդ շանսն օգտագործել են, մեր գլխի վրա տեղ ունեն, իսկ որոնք չեն օգտվել այդ շանսից, պետք է իրենց համար այլ աշխատանք փնտրեն: Ես ուրախ եմ, որ մենք ունեցել ենք այդքան ռեսուրս կամք, համբերություն, որ այդ շանսը տանք մարդկանց: Դա ճիշտ մոտեցում է»,-ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հիշեց Աննա Ախմատովայի խոսքը՝ «Այն ինչ տվել ենք, մերն է»: Այո, այն, ինչ տվել ենք, մերն է, որեւէ մեկը չի կարող մտածել, որ մեզնից բան է գողացել: Դա մեր արժանապատվությունն է, սկզբունքայնությունն է: Մենք չենք մտել, ասել՝ հեսա բերենք մեր կուսակցականներին լցնենք իրավապահ համակարգերը, բոլորին հանենք դուրս: Որեւէ մեկի մտքով չանցնի, թե մեզ խաբեց: Մեզ հնարավոր չի խաբել: Ես իրավապահ մարմինների որոշ ներկայացուցիչների ասում եմ՝ եթե դուք այդքան խելոք եք, այդ ոնց եղավ, որ ձեր խնդիրն էր ամեն ինչ անել, որ ես այստեղ չհայտնվեմ, բայց ես ստեղ հայտնվել ու ձեզ հրամաններ եմ տալիս: Ձեր մտքով անցնում է, որ դուք մեզ կարող եք խաբե՞լ»:
