Ասում է՝ ես խի՞ պետք է հարկ վճարեմ, ես հայտնի երգիչ եմ, մյուսն էլ հայտնի փաստաբան. Փաշինյան

Բոլորը պետք է հստակ վերաբերմունք ունենան հարկեր վճարելու հանդեպ: Այս հարցը ԱԺ-ում կառավարության ծրագիրը ներկայացնելիս իր ելույթում բարձրացրեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ում ուզում ես մոտենաս, ասես՝ պետք է հարկ վճարես. մեկը հայտնի երգիչ է, մեկը՝ հայտնի փաստաբան, մեկը՝ մտավորական, մյուսը՝ հայտնի… երիտասարդ: Ասում է՝ ես խի՞ պետք է հարկ վճարեմ, էս ինչ խայտառակություն է. հարկել երգչին:

Ոչ ոք չի ուզում հարկ վճարել, բայց բոլորը պահանջում են ուզում է աշխատավարձերի բարձրացում, պաշտպանության մակարդակի բարձրացում, ճանապարհների բարելավում, ու ոչ ոք չի ուզում հարկ վճարել»,-հայտարարեց վարչապետը:
Խնդիրն ըստ նրա այն է, որ բոլորը ողջունում են տնտեսական հեղափոխության կոչերը, կոռուպցիայի, մենաշնորհների դեմ պայքարը, բայց միայն դիտորդի կարգավիճակում, իրենք ոչ մի պարտավորություն այդ պայքարում չունենան, պարտավորությունները կրեն միայն գերատեսչությունները: «Բայց չէ՞ որ այդ հարկերի հավաքագրման արդյունքում են ձևավորվում նաև աշխատավարձերը: Ասում են՝ էս կանեք, էն կանեք, ու լավ կլինի՝ աշխատավարձ չստանաք»,-ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:
