Երեկվանից մամուլում շրջանառվում է տեղեկություն, որը տարածել է ոստիկանությունը, առ այն մասին, որ իբր թե ոմն Արտյոմ Զոհրամբյանը «Արարատցեմենտ» ընկերությունից առանց որևէ համապաստասխան հաշվապահական ձևակերպումների ցեմենտ է ձեռք բերել, որի արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է նյութական վնաս։ Նշենք, որ ոստիկանության կողմից արված հաղորդագրությունը չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը և հատկանշական է, որ տարածված տեղեկությունը եղել է թերի, ինչի արդյունքում շահարկվել է «Արարատցեմենտ» ընկերության անունը։
Ոստիկանության տարածած ստահոդ տեղեկությունը որոշ լրատվականների համար բում թեմա է դարձել, և օգտվելով առիթից փորձել են ապատեղեկատվություն տարածել։ Խոսքս վերաբերում է «ժամանակ» օրաթերթի հրապարակած նյութին, այն մասին, որ իբրև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից հիմնադրված «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի կազմում գտնվող գազալցակայանները աշխատել են հարկերը թաքցնելով, ինչի հաշվին բարեգործություններ են իրականացվել։
Հատկանշական է այն փաստը, որ «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթը չի փայլում իր արդեն սին և հակալրագրողական դարձած գործելաոճով։ Եվ զարմանալի չէ, որ այս օրաթերթը տարածում է իրականության ոչ համապատասխան տեղեկությունը։ Այն ինչ մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունը ունի ամբողջովին այլ իրականություն։ Փաստենք, որ նշված գազալցակայանները օրենքով սահմանաված կարգով կատարում են իրենց հարկային բոլոր պարտականությունները, որի մասին էլ որ, պաշտոնական կերպով արձագանքեց նաև կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրենը և հերքեց դրանք:
Առաջ է գալիս շղթայական վերլուծություն, որի կիզակետում է տարածվող ապատեղեկատվությունը։ Ցավալի է այն փաստը, որ լրատվական դաշտում տարածվում է ապատեղեկատվություն և այդ ամենին մակերեսորեն են վերաբերում ԶԼՄ ներկայացուցիչները։ Տրամաբանական է նաև, որ նման գործելաոճով առաջնորդվող անձիք դատապարտված են անհաջողության։
