Մեր ազգային օրհներգը

Հունվարի 29-ին լրացավ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հիմնադիր Արամ Մանուկյանի մահվան 100-րդ տարելիցը: Մարդ, ով խորհրդանշում է հայոց պետականության վերակերտումը, դարավոր նիրհից մեր արթնացումը, մեր նվիրումն ազգ-հայրենիք գաղափարին: Արամը պետական գործչի իսկական կերպար է, պետականության գաղափարի անձնազոհ նվիրյալ ու գաղափարի մարտիկ: Նույն օրը, զարմանալի զուգադիպությամբ, երբ շատերը խնկարկում էին Արամի հիշատակը, համացանցում տարածում գտավ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պետական օրհներգը փոխելու թեման… Այն օրհներգը, որն Արամի ու Արամի նման մեծազոր այրերի ստեղծած պետության՝ Հայաստանի Առաջին Հանրապետության օրհներգ հռչակվեց 100 տարի առաջ… Այս առումով մեր պետության գլխավոր խորհրդանիշերից մեկը՝ պետութան հիմնը, անշեղորեն կապված է «Հայաստանի անկախ պետականություն» գաղափարի հետ: Պատահական չէր, որ 1991թ., երբ հռչակվեց անկախ Հայաստանը, Առաջին Հանրապետության խորհրդանիշերն ընդունվեցին ու դարձան նաև Հայաստանի Երրորդ Հանրապետության խորհրդանիշներ՝ ցույց տալով գաղափարական այն ամուր կապը, որ գոյություն ունի Հայաստանի երկու հանրապետությունների միջև:

ՀՀ օրհներգը սովորական երգ չէ, այն անցել է փառավոր ու հերոսական ճանապարհ և որպես օրհներգ օծվել ու, միևնույն ժամանակ, օրհնել է մեզ… Այն ընդունվել է ժողովրդի կողմից, ինքնաբուխ ու սրտանց… Նրան չի քվեարկել որևէ խորհրդարան, այն հիմն է դարձրել ժողովուրդը՝ իր ազատագրական պայքարի վերելքի, իր հերոսական մարտնչումների օրերին երգելով, այդ երգի տակ մարտեր շահելով…Որևէ մեկը չէր հրահանգել 1918թ. օգոստոսի 1-ին, ՀՀ Խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստի բացմանը, խորհրդարանի շենքի առաջ հավաքված մարդկանց ու նվագախմբին երգել այն: Նրանք երգեցին «Մեր հայրենիք», որովհետև թե Վանի հերոսամարտ տեսած վանեցի գաղթականը, թե Սարդարապատում մարտնչած արևելահայ ռազմիկը այս երգի հնչյունների տակ էր կերտել ազատ Հայաստան, կռվել այն գիտակցումով, որ «Ամենայն տեղ մահը մի է, մարդ մի անգամ պիտ մեռնի, բայց երանի, որ յուր ազգի ազատության կզոհվի…»:

Իսկ հիմա, դեռ երեկ իշխանության եկած, այսպես ասած՝ «տակավին պատանի» մեր խորհրդարանի փոխխոսնակը, առաջարկում է փոխել ՀՀ Ազգային օրհներգը, այլ կերպ ասած՝ առաջարկում է խզել կապը մեր հերոսական անցյալի հետ, այն անցյալի, որի ուղղակի ծնունդն ու շարունակությունն է «Մեր հայրենիքը», նրա վերելքների ու վերջնական նպատակի՝ ազգային պետականության կերտման խորհրդանիշը: Պատմություն չիմացողների համար խոսենք փաստերով…
