«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ «Երեկ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանին է ներկայացրել ներման խնդրագրերի վերաբերյալ առաջարկությունը:

Ընդհանրապես, նկատենք, որ ներման թեման վերջերս ամենաշատն է քննարկվում հատկապես ցմահ դատապարտյալ Մհեր Ենոքյանի գործի շրջանակներում, քանի որ նրա ազատ արձակման համար կողմնակիցներն ակտիվ պայքար են մղում: Եւ, ահա, Մհեր Ենոքյանի հետ կապված առաջարկություն եւս նախագահին ուղարկված է եղել: Թե կոնկրետ ինչ որոշում է կայացվել, որեւէ պետական գերատեսչություն չի մանրամասնում:
