Էներգետիկ ոլորտի երկու ընկերություն կմիավորվի

Կառավարության որոշմամբ «Էներգակարգաբերում» ՓԲԸ-ն կվերակազմակերպվի՝ միացվելով «Էներգետիկայի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ» ՓԲԸ-ին: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, որոշումն ընդունվեց կառավարության նիստում:

Ըստ հիմնավորման, միացման նպատակը երկու ընկերությունների ռեսուրսների (կադրային, ֆինանսական և գույքային) արդյունավետ տնօրինումն է, էներգահամակարգի ընկերությունների անվտանգ շահագործմանն ուղղված՝ աշխատանքների համակարգված և արդյունավետ կազմակերպումն է:

«Էներգակարգաբերում» ՓԲԸ-ն ստեղծվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2003թ. որոշման հիման վրա` որպես առանձին իրավաբանական անձ առանձնացվելով «Հայէներգո» ՓԲԸ-ի կազմից: Ընկերությունը, որպես մասնագիտացված կազմակերպություն, իրականացնում է էլեկտրաէներգետիկ համակարգի բոլոր ընկերություններում կարգաբերման աշխատանքներ: Ընկերությունը ունի անհրաժեշտ արտադրական բազա և կադրային ռեսուրսներ:

«Էներգետիկայի գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտ» ՓԲԸ-ն ստեղծվել է 1948թ-ին՝ իր գործունեության ընթացքում կուտակելով գիտական, գործնական և գիտաարտադրական պոտենցիալ:
