ԱԺ-ում «Իմ քայլը» փակ նիստ է անում. պարգեւավճարների հարցով կանչել են Դավիթ Անանյանին

ԱԺ-ում այս պահին տեղի է ունենում «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության փակ նիստ, որին ներկա է նաեւ ՊԵԿ նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը: Այդ մասին ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցը:

Նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված է 2 հարց՝ պարգեւավճարների եւ Հարկային օրենսգրքի հետ կապված:


«Այն ամենը, ինչը հանրային կերպով հնչեցվել է, մեզ համար որոշակի մտածելու տեղիք է տալիս: Այո՛, պարգեւավճարների ինստիտուտի հետ կապված վերանայման կարիք կա: Առաջիկայում կառավարության հետ կքննարկենք, կհասկանանք: Պետք է մանրամասն այս հարցն ուսումնասիրել, հասկանալ խնդիրը:

Մի կողմից կա օրենք, եւ օրենքի շրջանակում ինչ-որ գործողություններ են արվում, բայց մյուս կողմից՝ ունենք այն արձագանքը, որն ունեցանք»,- ասել է Մակունցը` հավելելով, որ պետք է գտնել այնպիսի լուծում, որից հետո մարդիկ չեն ունենա անարդարության զգացում:

Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է՝ խմբակցության նիստի ընթացքում դրվի ՊԵԿ նախագահի պաշտոնանկության հարցը, Մակունցը պատասխանել է․ «Ցանկացած հարց, որ մենք բարձրացնում ենք, ինքնանպատակ չէ: Երբ մենք ինչ-որ խնդրի մասին խոսում ենք, ուզում ենք, որ դա լուծում ստանա: Այս պահին նման խնդիր չենք դնում, մենք խնդիր ենք դնում լուծել մեր առջեւ դրված խնդիրները»:

Նա նկատել է, որ այստեղ խնդիրը երկակի է. «Երբ խոսում ենք արդյունավետ կառավարման համակարգի մասին, չենք կարող ունենալ ցածր վարձատրվող կադրեր, որոնք կիրականացնեն այն պրոֆեսիոնալ աշխատանքը, որը մենք կուզենք, որ խորքային լուծումներ ստանան»:
