Ինձ առաջադրված մեղադրանքը ես չեմ ընդունել, այն ապօրինի է. Սեյրան Օհանյան

Ինձ առաջադրված մեղադրանքը ես չեմ ընդունել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Մարտի 1-ի գործով իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքին։

«2008 թվականի հետընտրական մարտիմեկյան այդ ողբերգությունը մեր բոլորիս ցավն է, դրա հանգուցալուծումը մենք պետք է տանք ճիշտ քրեադատավարական գործունեությամբ եւ դրանով պետք է զբաղվեն իրավապահ մարմինները, դատաիրավական համակարգը, եւ նաեւ փաստաբանական մի մեծ խումբ հիմա զբաղվում են դրանով։ Պետք է համբերությամբ լցվենք եւ գործը տանենք մինչեւ վերջ։

Ինձ վերաբերում է կոնկրետ ինձ եւ բանակին, ես ինձ առաջադրված մեղադրանքը չեմ ընդունել, ես նշել եմ, որ այն ապօրինի է, որովհետեւ կան շատ հանգամանքներ, որոնք կարող եմ ես հետագայում պարզաբանել եւ նաեւ պարզաբանել եմ, նույն 0038 հրամանի վերաբերյալ, որ ներգերատեսչական հրաման է, եւ բանակը հետընտրական այդ գործընթացներին ներգրավվել է ՀՀ նախագահի կողմից՝ պահպանելով բոլոր օրենսդրական կողմերը՝ արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելուց հետո։ Մարտի 2-ի առավոտյան ես ինքս հայտարարել եմ, որ մտցված է արտակարգ դրություն, պահանջները այդպիսին են, զինված ուժերը իրականացնում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության անվտանգության ամենակարեւոր տարրերի, հույժ կարեւոր օբյեկտների պաշտպանությանը եւ այն իրականացվել է օրենք հանդիսացող կայազորային եւ պահակային ծառայության կանոնագրքի համաձայն, եւ ասել եմ՝ եթե խախտումներ լինեն, օրենսդրական մոտեցումներ պետք է լինեն։ Մենք չպետք է թողնեինք, որ այդ օբյեկտները որեւէ վնաս կրեին»,- ասաց Օհանյանը՝ նշելով, որ բանակը արտակարգ դրություն մտցնելուց հետո է խնդիր կատարել։

Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե ինչից է խուսափում նախկին պաշտպանության նախարար, Մարտի 1-ի գործով մեղադրյալ Միքայել Հարությունյանը, որ չի ներկայանում նախաքննական մարմնին, Օհանյանն ասաց, որ ինքը շատ մեծ հարգանքով է վերաբերվում իր հետ ծառայություն անցկացրած մարդկանց։

«Ես շատ մեծ հարգանքով եմ վերաբերվում մեր երկրում այս 30 տարվա ընթացքում արժանիքներ ունեցող մարդկանց, եւ բոլոր նախագահներին։ Իմ համար ցավ կլիներ, որ նախագահներից յուրաքանչյուրը թեկուզ ձերբակալված լիներ, կան ժամանակակից ավելի բարեկիրթ կանոններ, որ այդ գործը կարելի է տանել մինչեւ վերջ։ Ես մեծ հարգանք ունեմ այն զինծառայողների հանդեպ, ում հետ իմ ծառայությունը տարել եմ, սակայն ես չեմ կարող իրենց փաստաբանը լինել»,- ասաց Սեյրան Օհանյանը։
