Տղերք, ո՞ւմ եւ ինչի՞ տեղ եք դրել. ԱԳ նախարարի մոտ այլեւս չի ստացվում «սվաղել» առկա մտահոգությունները. Աշոտյան

Լսեցի Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանի մեկնաբանությունները Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման վերջին զարգացումների մասին. փաստում եմ, որ անգամ կադրային եւ հմուտ դիվանագետի մոտ այլեւս չի ստացվում «սվաղել» եւ «սղցնել» հասարակության մոտ առկա մտահոգությունները: Այս մասին, Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, գրել է. «Վիեննայի,Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածություններից չենք հրաժարվել, ավելացել է Դուշանբեն, ասում է ԱԳ նախարարը: Սակայն փաստ է, որ Հայաստանում իշխանափոխությունից հետո Միսնսկի խմբի համանախագահների եւ ոչ մի հայտարարություն չի հիշատակում եւ պարտադրում այդ կարեւորագույն պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացումը: Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո այս պայմանավորվածությունների իրագործումը մեր ջանքերով եւ համանախագահների համաձայնությամբ դիտվել է բանակացային գործընթացի կարեւորագույն բաղադրիչ:

Ադրբեջանական կողմի ջանքերով եւ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանցավոր կարճատեսությամբ Դուշանբեի վերելակային պայմանավորվածությունը դարձավ բանակացային գործընթացի հենակետ, որը կարող է ցանկացած պահի փլուզվել:

Մեր օրոք ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները վստահության մթնոլորտի եւ միջազգային վերահսկողության ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքեր էին ստեղծում եւ քաղաքական առումով պարտադիր էին դարձել, ի տարբերություն Դուշանբեի:

Նախարարը ասում է նաեւ, որ Արցախին բանակցային կողմ դարձնելը պրակտիկ խնդիր է: Տղերք, ո՞ւմ եւ ինչի՞ տեղ եք դրել: Արցախը վաղուց պրակտիկ առումով ներգրավված է եղել բանակցային գործընթացի մեջ. ԵԱՀԿ համանախագահները եւ անձնական հանձնակատարը մշտապես այցելել են Ստեփանակերտ, հանդիպել են Արցախի ղեկավարության հետ, մենք հետեւողականորեն հայտարարել ենք, որ առանց Արցախի ժողովրդի համաձայնության հակամարտության վերջնական կարգավորում լինել չի կարող:

Տղերք, Արցախի պրակտիկ ներգրավման հարցը վաղուց է լուծված: Ձեր վարչապետն էր, կուրծք ծեծելով, խոստանում խնդրի քաղաքական լուծում՝ Արցախի վերադարձ բանակցային սեղանին: Փառք ու պատիվ կլիներ ձեզ, եթե կարողանայիք լուծել այս հարցը, բայց հայ հասարակությանը երկարականջ չորքոտանու տեղ մի դրեք: Ժողովրդին ուղիղ ասեք, որ հերթական դատարկ խոստումն էիք տալիս ու տապալել եք նաեւ այս հարցը:
