Ռուսաստանը ամերիկյան ռազմական արբանյակների զանգվածային շարժ է գրանցել

Հսկման ռուսական միջոցները գեոստացիոնար ուղեծրում գրանցել են ամերիկյան GSSAP ռազմական արբանյակների ինտենսիվ շարժ՝ ռազմական այլ սարքերի գործունեության հսկման նպատակով, տեղեկացնում է ՌԻԱ «Նովոստի»-ն՝ հղում կատարելով Աստղատիեզերական գիտական կենտրոնի (ԱԳԿ) փաստաթղթին։

2014-2016թթ. ուղեծիր է դուրս եկել ամերիկյան չորս արբանյակ՝ գեոստացիոնար տիեզերական իրավիճակային իրազեկման (GSSAP) ծրագրով, որոնք նախատեսված են ի շահ ԱՄՆ ՌՕՈւ-ի վերահսկելու տիեզերական տարածքը։ Պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության համաձայն՝ դրանք թռչում են գեոստացիոնար ուղեծրից վերեւ եւ ներքեւ (35786 կմ բարձրությամբ) եւ նկարահանում են այլ արբանյակներ ու օբյեկտներ։

Ինչպես երեւում է ԱԳԿ նյութերից, վտանգներից նախազգուշացման ռուսական ավտոմատացված համակարգը հայտնաբերել է բոլոր չորս արբանյակների բազմաթիվ տեղաշարժեր։

Մասնավորապես, 2014թ. արձակված GSSAP սարքը մինչեւ 2018թ. կատարել է ավելի քան 400 տեղաշարժ։ Այդ արբանյակը, ասվում է փաստաթղթում, դիտարկման համար մոտեցել է ամերիկյան MUOS-5 տիեզերասարքին, որի հիմնական շարժիչը խափանվել էր, ինչի պատճառով չէր կարողացել հասնել գեոստացիոնար ուղեծիր՝ պահուստային շարժիչների օգտագործմամբ։

GSSAP մյուս սարքը հսկման նպատակով մոտեցել էր WGS-4 ամերիկյան ռազմական արբանյակին, նշվում է փաստաթղթում։

2018թ. ամռանը ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարի սպառազինությունների վերահսկման հարցերով օգնական Իլեմ Փոբլեթը Ռուսաստանին մեղադրել է տեղաշարժվող արբանյակների փորձարկումների համար։ Նա 2017թ. հոկտեմբերին ռուսական հսկիչ արբանյակի արձակումը անվանել է «աննորմալ» այդ կարգի սարքերի համար՝ ենթադրելով, որ դա կարող է լինել հակաարբանյակային սարք։

Հսկիչ արբանյակները կարող են ուղեծրում տեղաշարժվել եւ փոխգործակցել այլ արբանյակների հետ։ 2017թ. օգոստոսին Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հաղորդել էր հսկիչ արբանյակի արձակման մասին։ Այն 2017թ. հոկտեմբերին առանձնացել էր փոքր տիեզերական սարքից՝ արբանյակների հեռահար հսկման համար։ Ենթադրվում է, որ սարքը հագեցած է օպտիկական տվիչներով՝ այլ արբանյակների պատկերները ստանալու համար։

Հսկման ռուսական ավտոմատացված համակարգի հիմնական խնդիրը գործող տիեզերական սարքերի վտանգավոր մերձեցումների, ուղեծրում խափանված օբյեկտների հայտնաբերումն է եւ խոշոր վտանգավոր օբյեկտների ուղեկցումը, որոնք անվերահսկելի ձեւով դուրս են գալիս ուղեծրից։
