Ռոբերտ Քոչարյան. «Չեմ կասկածում. տեղի ունեցողը խիստ ժամանակավոր մի բան է»

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ուղերձ է հղել իր կողմնակիցներին։ Այս մասին գրում է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի ոչ պաշտոնական կայքը։

Ուղերձում մասնավորաբար ասված է.

«Հարգելի գործընկերներ, թեև արդեն շուրջ երկու ամիս գտնվում եմ ապօրինի ազատազրկման մեջ, սակայն ուշադրությամբ հետևում եմ իրադարձությունների զարգացմանը Հայաստանում, Արցախում և տարածաշրջանում:

Ակնհայտ է, որ օրվա իշխանությունները, վարչապետ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, ցավոք, քաղաքական ու պետական ղեկավարման առումով կատարյալ տկարություն են ցուցաբերում: Ձևավորված խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության որակական կազմը որևէ հնարավորություն չի թողնում հավատալու, թե իշխող նոր թիմը ունակ է արդյունավետ կերպով կառավարել երկիրը: Արդեն իսկ պարզ է, որ տեսանելի ապագայում ականատեսն ենք դառնալու հիասթափության մեծ մի ալիքի, որ բազմաթիվ անիրականանալի և պոպուլիստական խոստումների տխուր ու կանխատեսված հետևանքն է լինելու: Իսկ տնտեսական, ներքին ու արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ այսօր արձանագրվող կոպիտ սխալների գինը չափազանց թանկ է լինելու: Ավաղ, այդ գինը վճարելու է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը:

Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացում ցանկացած վրիպում (իսկ այդպիսիք արդեն կան) կարող է անդառնալի ու ճակատագրական հետևանքների հանգեցնել:

Մի քանի բառով ասեմ իմ, այսպես կոչված, «գործի» մասին: Ամեն գնով, օրենքի բռնաբարմամբ ու դատական համակարգի մեջքը կոտրելով՝ ինձ կալանքի տակ և այդպիսով քաղաքական կյանքից մեկուսացված պահելը անհեռանկար զբաղմունք է: Արդյունքում ինձ դարձրել են քաղբանտարկյալ՝ դրանից բխող բոլոր հետևանքներով: Մի քանի արկածախնդիրների կողմից սարքված այս գործը ոչ թե քանդվելու է ապագայում, այլ արդեն իսկ քանդվել է: Շարունակում եմ այն իրավաբանական աղբ համարել: Դրա ամեն մի դրվագը մեր պատմության մեջ խայտառակ մի էջ է դառնալու և, ցավոք, այդպիսին է մնալու անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ դրա բոլոր հեղինակներն ու կատարողները պատժվելու են օրենքի ողջ խստությամբ:

Ուզում եմ չկասկածեք՝ բանտարկությունը չի կարող ինչ-որ կերպ ընկճել ինձ, ստիպել հրաժարվել քաղաքական գործունեությունից, որքան էլ որ նման հույսեր փայփայեն գործող իշխանությունները: Շնորհակալ եմ ձեզ` իմ բոլոր զինակիցներին ու կողմնակիցներին, հետևողական պայքար մղելու համար: Հավատացեք․ սա պայքար է ոչ թե հանուն մեկ առանձին մարդու ազատության, այլ հանուն այն արժեքների, որոնք եղել են մեր հաղթանակների հիմքում: Հանուն մեր երկրի ու Արցախի անվտանգության ու բարեկեցության։

Շնորհակալ եմ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ուղղակի կամ անուղղակի իրենց բողոքի ձայնն են բարձրացրել տեղի ունեցող անարդարության դեմ: Շնորհակալ եմ բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր չեն տրվում վախի զգացմանը և չեն ձայնարկում ամբոխին:

Չեմ կասկածում. տեղի ունեցողը խիստ ժամանակավոր մի բան է, որը տեսանելի ապագայում ավարտվելու է, քանի որ ստի կյանքը կարճ է: Քանի որ կեղծիքի, տգիտության ու ատելության վրա հիմնված որևէ իշխանություն երբևէ երկար պատմություն չի ունեցել»:
