Պաշտպանները դիմել են ՀՔԾ՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնելու պահանջով

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի որոշմամբ օրերս կալանավորված գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպանները միջնորդություն են ներկայացրել ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն՝ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ քրեկան հետապնդումը դադսրեցնելու պահանջով։ Այս մասին հայտնեց Մանվել Գրիգորյանի պաշտպան Արսեն Մկրտչյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ միջնորդության հիմքում դրվել է այն, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին մեղսագրվող արարքներում բացակայում է հանցադեպը։


Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 22–ին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արսեն Նիկողոսյանը բավարարեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության բողոքն ու որոշում կայացրել կրկին կալանավորել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Դատարանը միևնույն ժամանակ մերժել էր պաշտպանական կողմի ներկայացրած՝ Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ գրավը թույլատրելի ճանաչելու դատարանի որոշումը։

Իսկ 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 21–ին Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը որոշում էր կայացրել 25 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։

ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավորը կալանավորվել է 2018թ. հունիսի 19-ին`Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Մարինե Մելքոնյանի որոշմամբ: Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու եւ նրա կնոջ` Նազիկ Ամիրյանի, դստեր` Այծեմնիկ Գրիգորյանի, Էջմիածին քաղաքի բնակիչներ Սեյրան Ազարյանի, Արմեն Հակոբյանի եւ այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ իրեն պատկանող առանձնատներում պահելու համար, ինչպես նաեւ՝ մի խումբ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ յուրացման եղանակով իր վստահությանը հանձնված առանձնապես խոշոր չափի ուրիշի գույք հափշտակելու համար
