Կա Փաշինյան-Ալիև հանդիպման վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության սղություն, որոշակի չակերտներ պետք է բացվեն

Քաղաքագետ Նարեկ Մինասյանը զրույցում անդրադարձավ Փաշինյան-Ալիև ոչ ֆորմալ հանդիպմանը և նշեց. «Նախորդ հանդիպումների փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ դրանք ճանաչողական բնույթի էին, քննարկվել են փոխվստահության տարբեր հարցեր՝ օպերատիվ կապի, ռազմագերիների, հրադադարի ռեժիմի հետ կապված. այս հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է բանակցությունների ներկա փուլը, գուցե մի փոքր ավելի բովանդակային բնույթ է կրել, կողմերը ներկայացրել են սեփական մոտեցումները հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ»։

Նարեկ Մինասյանն ընդգծեց՝ սա բանակցություն համարել չենք կարող. «Ֆորմալ բանակցություններն ընթանում են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո։ Դուշանբեից հետո մենք ականատես եղանք, որ համանախագահները ողջունեցին ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունը, կոնսուլտացիաներ ունեցան կողմերի հետ՝ ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին ավելի լավ ծանոթանալու համար»։
