Դատախազությունը փորձում է Մանվել Գրիգորյանին վերադարձնել կալանավայր

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանն առաջիկայում կքննի Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոցը գրավով փոխարինելու որոշման դեմ դատախազության ներկայացրած բողոքը։

ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, 4 հունվարի — Sputnik. Վերաքննիչ դատարանը կարող է Մանվել Գրիգորյանին վերադարձնել կալանավայր։ Այս մասին Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում ասաց Գրիգորյանի փաստաբան Արսեն Մկրտչյանը` հավելելով, որ առանձնապես մեծ հույսեր Վերաքննիչ դատարանի հետ չի կապում։

«Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավորն այն դատավորն է, ով մշտապես կողմնակից է եղել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին կալանքի տակ պահելուն»,– ասաց Մկրտչյանը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Մանվել Գրիգորյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքին, նրա փաստաբանն այն «նենգ սուտ» է որակում։

«Թող տպավորություն չստեղծվի, թե ես փորձում եմ սրբացնել Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Պատերազմ անցած մարդը սուրբ չի լինում։ Ես էլ այնքան միամիտ չեմ, որ ասեմ, թե իմ վստահորդն ընդհանրապես մեղքեր չունի։ Բայց կոնկրետ այն մեղադրանքը, որը հանրայնացվել է, որը ներկայացվել է և՛ հանրությանը, և՛ ղեկավարությանը, սուտ է։ Դա այն աստիճանի նենգ սուտ է, որի տակից պետք է դուրս գալ»,– ասաց նա։

Փաստաբանը գործի ավարտի երկու ուղի է տեսնում. Առաջինը` որ քննչական խումբը հայտարարի, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը յուրացում չի կատարել, երկրորդ` Մանվել Գրիգորյանի մեղադրանքը փոխվի։

Այս պահին, Արսեն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով, իր պաշտպանյալը գտնվում է իր ամառանոցում, առողջական վիճակը չի տարբերվում կալանավայրում գտնվելու ժամանակ ունեցած վիճակից։

Մանվել Գրիգորյանին կալանավորել էին (պատգամավորական անձեռնմխելիությունից զրկելուց հետո) այս տարվա հունիսին` ապօրինի զենք պահելու և զինվորների համար նախատեսված պարենամթերքը յուրացնելու մեղադրանքով։

Հիշեցնենք` 2018թ–ի հունիսի 17-ին ԱԱԾ–ն տեսանյութ էր հրապարակել` ներկայացնելով ԵԿՄ նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին պատկանող ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի Արշալույս գյուղի Լճափնյա փողոցում գտնվող հանգստյան գոտում, ինչպես նաև Էջմիածին քաղաքի Ալավերդյան փողոցի տուն 46 հասցեում տեղակայված և Գրիգորյանին պատկանող առանձնատան կատարված խուզարկության արդյունքները:

Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի կերպով ռազմամթերք ձեռք բերելու և պահելու, ինչպես նաև առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույք հափշտակելու մեջ։

Հիշեցնենք նաև, որ Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը դեկտեմբերի 21-ին 25 մլն դրամ գրավի դիմաց որոշում էր կայացրել ազատ արձակել գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին։ Դրանից անմիջապես հետո Էջմիածնում բողոքի ակցիաներ էին սկսվել։ Ինքնադատաստանի հնարավոր փորձերը կանխելու նպատակով, Գրիգորյանին տեղափոխել են Արմավիրի մարզի Ակնալիճ գյուղ, որտեղ նա առանձնատուն ունի։ Ոստիկանությունն այնտեղ շուրջօրյա վերահսկողություն է իրականացնում։

ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազությունը դեկտեմբերի 24-ին վերաքննիչ բողոք է ներկայացրել` Մանվել Գրիգորյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված խափանման միջոցը փոխելու որոշման դեմ։ Դատարանը դատախազության բողոքն ընդունվել է վարույթ։
