Դիակ չի եղել մուտքի մոտ, դիակով մեքենան հյուրանոցին մոտեցել է 8:15-ին․ ականատես Գարիկ Ղազարյանը՝ «Հին Հռոմ» ռեստորանի դեպքի մասին (տեսանյութ)

Ղազախստանում` Կարագանդա քաղաքում, դեկտեմբերի 31-ի, լույս հունվարի 1-ի գիշերը «Հին Հռոմ» ռեստորանում վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել։ Մեկ մարդ մահացել է, երեքը վնասվածքներ են ստացել։ Ղազախստանի ԶԼՄ–ները հայտնել են, որ սպանության կասկածյալներից երեքը հայեր են։ Armdaily.am-ը կապ հաստատեց ռեստորանի հարակից տարածքում բնակվող Գարիկ Ղազարյանի հետ, ով հետևել էր իրադարձություններին։ Ղազարյանը նշեց, որ ռեստորանը պատկանում է իր հայ ընկերոջը, տղաները բարեկամական կապեր ունեն միմյանց և ռեստորանի տիրոջ հետ։ Գարիկ Ղազարյանը մեզ տեսանյութ տրամադրեց՝ նշելով․ «Այս տեսանյութը արվել է «Հին Հռոմ» ռեստորանի առջև: Ո՞վ և ի՞նչու է ուզում կռվեցնել ղազախներին և հայերին: Վեճը տեղի է ունեցել առավոտյան 4-ից 5-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում: Դրանից հետո գլխավոր մուտքից տասնյակ մեքենաներ են դուրս եկել, հարյուրավոր մարդկանցից ոչ մեկը չի տեսել դիակը: Դարպասները փակել են 4:40-ից 4:50-ին, իսկ ժամը 5ին եկել է ոստիկանությունը: Նրանք կանգնել են գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ, քանի որ չէին կարող ներս մտնել և գլխավոր մուտքի մոտ ոչ ոք դիակ չէր տեսել: Դիակով մեքենան հյուրանոցին մոտեցել է 8:15-ին: Դիակը հայտնաբերել են մոտավորապես ժամը 9:ին: Դիակի վրա հայնտաբերել են ազդրային զարկերակի վնասվածք,որի դեպքում պիտի լիներ արյան լճակ,սակայն դիակի հայտնաբերման վայրում արյուն չկար: Ես վստահ եմ,որ ղազախական իշխանությունը չեն ցանկանում որպեսզի կրքերը բորբոքվեն և թշնամանք առաջանա: Սակայն,երևի թե որոշների համար սա ձեռնտու է»: Նա նշեց, որ սպանության մեջ կասկածվող տղաներն իրոք մասնակցել են կռվին, սակայն հեռացել են։ Տղաներին Ղազարյանը բնութագրեց որպես սովորական ուսանողների, ովքեր որևէ ոչ պատշաճ արարքով աչքի չեն ընկել։ Ղազախստանի ԶԼՄ–ների հրապարակումների համաձայն` փողոցում տեղի ունեցած ծեծկռտուքի ժամանակ Կարագանդայի 23-ամյա բնակիչը մահացել է դանակի ստացած հարվածներից: Ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների անցկացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել են Մալխասյան Թորգոմը, Մալխասյան Սոխակը և Նադիրբեկով Քաիրը։ Գուրուրյան Նարեկի նկատմամբ հետախուզում է հայտարարվել։
