ՀՔԾ-ն լրացուցիչ հարցում է ուղարկել ՌԴ իրավապահներին` պարզելու, թե երբ է Միքայել Հարությունյանը ստացել Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը Ռուսաստանի դաշնության իրավապահ մարմիններից ստացել է սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ մեղադրվող, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հարությունյանի քաղաքացիության վերաբերյալ հարցման պատասխանը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասացին ՀՔԾ մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Ինչպես նշեցին ՀՔԾ մամուլի ծառայությունից, ռուսական կողմին ուղարկել են լրացուցիչ հարցում` պարզելու, թե երբ է Միքայել Հարությունյանը ստացել Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիություն:

2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը կատարող քննչական խմբի ղեկավարի կողմից 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 3-ին քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գործադիր մարմնի ղեկավար անձի՝ պաշտպանության նախարարի և այլ անձանց կողմից 2008 թվականի փետրվարի 23-ից մինչև նույն թվականի մարտի 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության սահմանադրական կարգը բռնությամբ տապալելու դեպքի առթիվ:

Քրեական գործը միացվել է 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ին և 2-ին տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ քննվող քրեական գործին:

Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցության հիման վրա 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 3-ին որոշում է կայացվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-գնդապետ Միքայել Հարությունյանին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-ին հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին այն բանի համար, որ նա այլ անձանց հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ տապալել է սահմանադրական կարգը:
