Կրակոցներ Վարդենիս քաղաքում. ինչու են ոստիկանները թաքցրել դեպքը

Սոթքի ոսկու հանքի շուրջ աղմկահարույց դեպքերը շարունակվում են: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ փետրվարի 7-ին` երեկոյան ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, էլի կրակոցներ են հնչել Վարդենիս քաղաքում: Կրակողները դարձյալ նույն բանդայի անդամներն են:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը բազմիցս է անդրադարձել Սոթքի ոսկու հանքում «աշխատող չղջիկների» թեմային, որոնց գործողությունները ուղեկցվել են կրակոցներով եւ զոհերով: «Չղջիկները» Վարդենիսի այն բնակիչներն են, որոնք չունեն աշխատանք եւ ընտրել են ապրելու ամենավտանգավոր միջոցը: Նրանք մտնում են Սոթքի ոսկու հանքափոսը, հանքանյութ գողանում, պատրաստում ոսկու ձուլվածքը եւ վաճառում: Սակայն անօրինական ճանապարհով հանքախորշեր բացողների եւ ոսկի հանողների միջեւ մշտապես աղմկալի վեճեր են լինում, թե ով պետք է մտնի, հանածոն ինչպես բաշխի, ում, ինչքան բաժին տա եւ այլն: Ու այդ ամենը ուզեկցվում է կրակոցներով: Սակայն հաճախ այդ հանցանքները անտեսվում են իրավապահ կառույցների կողմից` ձեւավորելով անպատժելիության մթնոլորտ: Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Վարդենիսում ո՛չ ԱԱԾ-ն, ո՛չ ոստիկանությունը չեն գործում:

Քաղաքում լուրեր կան, որ անօրիանական ճանապարհով ոսկու հանքատարածք մտած քաղաքացիները իրավապահների հետ «կիսում» են ձեռք բերած շահույթը, դրա համար էլ պատիժներ չեն լինում: Ու թեեւ ՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանը «թաշկինակի պես» փոխում է Վարդենիսի բաժնի պետերին, բայց իրավիճակը, միեւնույն է, չի փոխվում: Նորանշանակ պետը Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանն է:

2017 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին՝ երեկոյան ժամը 22:30-ի սահմաններում, կրակոցներ են հնչել Վարդենիս քաղաքում: «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հասած տեղեկություններով՝ Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչներ, եղբայրներ Արման եւ Գեղամ Դավեյանները վիճաբանել, ապա նրանցից մեկը կրակել է Վարդենիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, Մանչ ածականով հայտնի Մանուկյանի ուղղությամբ: Նա վնասվածքը ստացել է ոտքի շրջանում: Իսկ կրակոցների պատճառը թերեւս կրկին Սոթքի ոսկու հանքավայրից հանքանյութ գողանալն ու ճիշտ չկիսելն է եղել: Նշենք, որ սա խիստ նախնական տեղեկություն է:
