«Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման ղեկավար Արման Վարդանյանի խոսքը՝ ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին:

Հարգելի՛ պարոն Փաշինյան,

այսօր Մշակույթի և Սփյուռքի նախարարությունների աշխատակիցները գործադուլ են իրականացրել և իրենց արդարացի ձայնը բարձրացրել՝ ի նշան կառավարության այն որոշման, որով լուծարում կամ կրճատում եք որոշ նախարարությունների աշխատակազմերը:

Այս գործադուլն առաջինն է, որն ուղղված է Ձեր ղեկավարած կառավարության որոշման դեմ և առաջին զանգվածային բողոքն է ուղղված Ձեզ՝ մի մարդու, ով միշտ կրկնել է` «ընդունում է ժողովրդի կողմից առաջադրված արդարացի խաղի կանոնները»:

Պարո՛ն վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար,

մենք բոլորս, Ձեր հետ միասին, մերժել ենք ոչ միայն Սերժ Սարգսյանին, այլ նաև աղքատությունը, գործազրկությունը, սոցիալական անարդարությունը, դատական, իրավական կամայականությունները, կուսակցականացված ոչ պրոֆեսիոնալ կադրերի առաջմղումը և այլ արատավոր երևույթներ:

Դուք կարծում եք՝ սա՞ է այն ճանապարհը, որով պետք է «Նոր Հայաստանը» տարբերվի հին և նեխած արժեքային համակարգից և դառնա այն երկիրը, որն իր երազում ուներ յուրաքանչյուր հայ և Ձեզ իշխանության բերած մի ամբողջ ժողովուրդ:

Դուք կարծում եք՝ այդպե՞ս պետք է նվազեցնել աղքատության ցուցանիշը, կասեցնել արտագաղթն ու լուծել գործազրկության լրջագույն խնդիրը:

Իհարկե, հասկանում ենք, որ երկար տարիների կուտակված խնդիրները մի քանի ամսվա ընթացքում անհնար է լուծել, բայց գոնե դրանց լուծման ճիշտ ռազմավարությունն արդեն տեսանելի պետք է լիներ, ինչը, ցավոք սրտի, դեռ չի նշմարվում:

Ավելորդ չեմ համարում անդրադառնալ այն նախարարությունների փակմանը, որոնց մասին խոսվում է: Հայաստանի նման բազմադարյա մշակույթ ունեցող երկրում կրճատել Մշակույթի նախարարությունը՝ նույնն է, ինչ նվազեցնել մեր մշակույթի դերն ու նշանակությունը համաշխարհային մշակութային հարստության մեջ:

Ինչ վերաբերում է Սփյուռքի նախարարությանը՝ այն պետք է ոչ թե լուծարել, այլ խիստ անհրաժեշտ է առավել ընդլայնել և խորացնել մեր փոխհարաբերությունները, տարվող աշխատանքները սփյուռքի՝ հատկապես նոր սերնդի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, քանի որ գաղտնիք չէ՝ կա վտանգ, որ նրանք կարող են կտրել Հայաստանի հետ կապն ու նույնականացումը հայ էթնոսի հետ:

Հարգելի՛ պարոն Փաշինյան,

ես կարծում եմ՝ նման ռազմավարական նշանակության որոշումները, որոնք կապված են հայերի ազգային և մշակութային արժեքների և Հայաստան-Սփյուռք արդյունավետ համագործակցության հետ՝ պետք է կայացվեն համաժողովրդական լայն քննարկումների արդյունքում, ինչը և Դուք հռչակել եք առաջնահերթություն Ձեր քաղաքական օրակարգում:
