«Ադնառազվի» Պալաչի պահպանման ժամկետն անցել է․․․

Պալաչը՝ ասել է, թե Արթուր Հայրապետյանը, նորից ձեռնամուխ է եղել հին փեշակին։
Հիշում ենք այն մասին որ «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի դեմ հարուցվել է քրեական գործը, որն արվել է «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս կոմֆորտ» ընկերությունների
Սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությունների նախկին սեփականատեր Արթուր Հարությունյանի կողմից: Վերջինս հայտնի Պալաչն էր, ով այս ընկերությունները հիմնելով, այդպես էլ չկարողացավ իրականացնել ճիշտ մարկեթինգային քաղաքականություն և ի վերջո որոշակի շղթայական ձախողումներից հետո, հայտնվեց սնանկ վիճակում: Այս մասին խոսել էին վերոնշյալ ընկերությունների նախկին տնօրենը, ով փաստել է, որ եկամուտը մի քանի անգամ ավելի շատ է եղել, քան այն գրավները, որոնք վերցրել է նա բանկից: Հետևաբար իր խաղատներում եկամուտը վատնելով և կամ շքեղագույն մեքենաներով լի ավտոտնակ ունենալն է պատճառը, որ այս ընկերությունները ժամանակի ընթացքում սնանկացան, այլ ոչ թե «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի կողմից անվճար կերպով սպասարկվող երթուղին, ինչը և փաստեց օրենքով չհիմնավորվելը։
Այստեղ հարկ է ևս մի կարևոր փաստարկ առաջ քաշել, այն, որ սնանկ ճանաչվելուց հետո այս ընկերությունների ակտիվները բանկի կողմից վաճառվել «Մուլտի Գրուփ» ընկերությանը, իսկ բարեգործական երթուղին 20 տարի շաունակ երբևէ չի դադարել իր աշխատանքները: Հետևաբար այս երթուղին չէր, որ պետք է խանգարեր այս ՍՊ ընկերություննեի գործունեությանը: Հետևաբար, հարցի տեսանելի կողմերին զուգահեռ կան նաև չտեսանելի կողմերը, որոնց մասին էլ այսօր բաց տեքստով խոսեց նաև նշյալ ընկերություններին տնօրենը, ով իր խոսքում ասաց, որ Պալաչի գործողությունների հիմքում եղել է միտումնովոր սնանկ ճանաչվելու մտադրություններ: Եթե այդպես է, ուրեմն նա իսկապես մի պլան է մշակել, որի արդյունքում ինքնասնանկացով կարող է հայտնվել բավականին շահավետ վիճակում:
Եվ կարծես թե այդպես էլ եղել է: Սնանակ ճանաչվելուց հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ նրա կորցրած հայրական տունը, գնվել ու նվիրվել է Պալաչի տարեց ծնողներին։ Եվ քանի դեռ այս պատմությունը չի պակվել ու Պալաչը շարունակում է իր՝ բութ բանջարեղենի դեմքով ելույթները այս ու այն ուղղությամբ, հիշեցնենք նրան ու վերջինիս սև քարոզչության համար օգտագորշել փորձողներին, որ Խալաչն ընդամենը «ադնառազվի» գործիք է և նրա պահպանման ժամկետը վաղուց կորցրել է իր թարմությունը։ Հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել նաև, որ ՀՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 193-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ կանխամտածված սնանկությունը քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է, պատժելի է նաև զրպարտությունը։ Հետևաբար Պալաչի հարցում կարող է գործել բումերանգի էֆեկտը, ու դատարանում հենց ինքը հայտնվի ու նրա հարցը տեղափոխվի իրավապահների գործունեության դաշտ:
