Գործող սահմանադրությունը նախատեսում է ԱԺ 3 փոխնախագահ, որոնցից մեկը պետք է լինի ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչը: Այս հարցում կարծես թե ամեն ինչ հստակ է, ժամանակն էլ ցույց կտա, թե ով է իրականում արժանի այդ աթոռին: Սակայն այսօր թերթերից մեկը, որը կոնկրետ քաղաքական ուժի շահերի դիրքից է հանդես գալիս, գրել էր, թե այն պահից, երբ որոշում կայացվեց, որ ԼՀԿ-ի ԱԺ փոխնախագահի թեկնածուն Մանե Թանդիլյանն է, ԲՀԿ-ում խուճապ է սկսել: Արհեստականորեն ինչ-որ հակատրամադրություններ հրահրելը, որի վարպետներն են այդ թերթի խմբագիրները, այս դեպքում արդյունք չի տալու, որովհետև ընդհանուր առամամբ որոշումը կայացվելու է ԱԺ պատերի ներսում և թեկնածուներից ով արժանի կլինի այդ պաշտոնին, նրան էլ մեծամասնությունը կվստահի: Այստեղ խուճապի տեղիք էլ չկա, դեռ ավելին, եթե խուճապ լինի էլ, դա հաստատ ԲՀԿ-ի շարքերում չի լինելու, որովհետև ի տարբերություն ԼՀԿ-ի, ովքեր միայն Մանե Թանդիլյանի տարբերակն են դիտարկում, ԲՀԿ-ում արժանի թեկնածուները շատ են: Ժամանակավրեպ հայտարարություններ անելուց առաջ, ուղղակի խորհուրդ կտանք ինքնախաբեությամբ չզբաղվել, դրանից խնդրի էությունը չի փոխվելու:
