Պետք չէ լինել կլասիկ «աբիժնիկ»՝ փոխելով «Մուլտի գրուպի» այսօրվա հայտարարության բուն էությունը

Անտոնյան Շահանեն ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը լրատվականներին ներկայացրեց խորհրդի հայտարարությունը, որը վերաբերում էր վերջին երեք ամիսներին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանձնարարաությամբ կոնցեռնի կողմից իրականացված աշխատանքներին։
Խոսքը մասնավարապես վերաբերում էր «Արարատ» ցեմենտ ընկերության արդիականացմանը նպաստող գործառույթներին, նոր տեխնոլոգիաներով հագեցնելուն՝ ընդ որում առանց որևէ աշխատատեղի կրճատման: Այս հայտարարության կարևորագույն ենթակետերից մեկն էլ այն էր, որ ցեմենտի բացթողման արժեքը կրճատվում է՝ 2019թ. հունվարի 1-ից ցեմենտի 1 տոննայի համար 50 հազար դրամի փոխարեն դառնալով 40 հազար:
Նախ՝ այս հայտարարությունը առաջին հերթին բիզնես ռիսկերի գնահատման, ինչպես նաև «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» վերջին երեկ ամիսների աշխատանքների հանրային հաշվետվության արժեք էր կրում ու համացանցում քննարկվեց որպես տնտեսության աճին նպաստող հերթական քայլ՝ կարևորվելով նաև ցեմենտի արժեքի իջեցումը, որն էլ իր հերթին բնակարանաշինությանը որոշոկիորեն նպաստող գործոն կարող է հանդիսանալ:
Սակայն հանդիպեցին նաև այնպիսի կարծիքներ, որոնք մեղմ ասած՝իրականության միտումնավոր նենգափոխում էին հայտարարության բուն էությունը:
Զորօրինակ՝ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառումը ոչ մի կերպ չի առնչվում այն ամենին, ինչ ասվում է, ինչի մասին նշվոմ ու ինչ է ամփոփում կոնցեռնը:
Իրականում սա անդուր երևույթ է և պետք չէ լինել երախտամոռ արված գործերի նկատմամաբ: Չէ որ միայն վերջին շրջանում բավակաին խոշոր ներդրումներ արվեցին դեպի Հայաստան հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ ու ջանքերով, որոնց շնորհիվ կառուցվեցին խոշոր գործարաններ՝ մայնինգ ամենամեծ ֆերման, թեթև արդյունաբերության զարգացման կարևորագույն քայլ հանդիսացող սրբիչների արտադրամասը, արևային էներգիայի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող գործարանն ու այն բոլոր արդեն նախագծած ծրագրերը, որոնք էլ արդյուանբերական մեծ քաղաքի սկիզբ պետք է դառնան: Ու երբ խոսվում է տնտեսական հեղափոխությունից ու դրա մեկնարկից, խոսքը հենց այս ամենի մասին է, արվածի ու ապագայի ծրագրերի մասին է, որոնք , անխոս, ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման համար առանցքային ազդեցություն կունենան:
Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է այս հայտարարությանը և դրա հետ կապված բառախաղիկներ անել փորձող մեկնաբանություններին, ապա դա ինչպես ասվեց ամփոփիչ հաշվետվության արժեք ուներ, արձանագրեոլվ, որ ցեմենտի գործարանը ոչ միայն չի փակվել, այլև արդիականացվել է, աշխատակիցների թվի վրա դա չի ազդել և հակառակը՝ ազդել է ցեմենտի գնի վրա՝ ի օգուտ սպառողների:
Հետևապես, պետք չէ լինել կլասիկ «աբիժնիկ» և այս մասին արտահայտվելիս, արտահայտվե'ք միայն իրականության դիրքերից, այլ ոչ թե ըստ ձեր ճաշակի փոխելով այս պարզ հայտարարության բուն էությունը:
