Կոռուցողական կոմպլեմենտարություն կամ «Նիկոլը փակուղում է»

ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունները հետևում մնացին։ Ոմանք գոհ են, ոմանք, ինչպես միշտ, պատրաստ են «ժողովրդավարական և թափանցիկ» ճանաչելու դրանք. խոսքը ԱՊՀ երկրների դիտորդների կողմից մեր ընտրություններին տրված գնահատականի մասին է։ Մի խոսքով, ամեն մեկն իր կարծիքն ունի։ Իսկ հեղափոխականները տոնում են հաղթանակը, չնայած ի՞նչ կա տոնելու, եթե ընտրողների կեսից ավելին «բանի տեղ չի դրել» և՛ հեղափոխականներին, և՛ նրանց ընդդիմադիրներին։ Մի բան ակնհայտ է՝ երկրում մի մեծ կուսակցություն կա, կոչվում է` «Բոլորին դեմ»։ Այդ տեսակետի հետևորդներն առանց թաքցնելու այդ մասին հայտնում էին համարյա բոլոր սոցցանցերում։ Այնպես որ, պետք է մտածել ու վերլուծել, և դա վերաբերում է ոչ միայն պարտված կուսակցություններին ու դաշինքներին, այլև հաղթողներին։ Ընտրողների 51-52 %-ը ոչ մեկին չի հավատում։ Ոչ հներին, ոչ նորերին։ Փաստերը վկայում են, որ հանրությունը պառակտված է, և դա ամենասարսափելի պառակտումն է։ Այդ 51-52 % համաքաղաքացիները կհավատա՞ն, որ այն մարդը, որին իրենք չեն հավատում, բախտի բերմամբ պետք է դառնա գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար։

Չեմ անդրադառնա Փաշինյանի բոլոր հայտարարություններին։ Բայց հասկանալի չէ, թե ընտրություններից տառացիորեն երկու-երեք օր անց ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հայտարարել, ըստ էության, թե «ես ձեզ երկնային մանանա չեմ խոստացել», այժմ դուք եք ամեն ինչի պատասխանատուն։

Առավել նպատակահարմար է խոսել Նիկոլի արտաքին քաղաքականության մի քանի դրույթների մասին։

Մամուլի կոնֆերանսում արտասահմանցի լրագրողների առաջ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանը ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմում է և մտադիր չէ ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելու։

Բոլորը շատ լուրջ դեմքով հիմնավորված կերպով փաստում են, որ Փաշինյանը նշում է, թե Հայաստանը, գործընկերային հարաբերություններ պահպանելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի հետ, այնուամենայնիվ, չի գտնվելու որևէ կենտրոնի ազդեցության տակ։ Փաստորեն, Փաշինյանը նույնպես վարելու է, այսպես կոչված, արտաքին կոմպլեմենտար քաղաքականություն` ամրապնդելով կապերը գլխավոր ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանի հետ, այդ թվում ՀԱՊԿ-ի ու ԵԱՀԿ-ի գծով, բայց պահպանելով ԱՄՆ-ի ու ԵՄ-ի անդամ երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների բարձր մակարդակը։ Եվ դա այն դեպքում, որ այսօր միայն քաղաքականապես կարճատեսները չեն նկատում, որ ԱՄՆ-ի «պատժամիջոցային» քաղաքականության պատճառով կոմպլեմենտարիզմի ժամանակը վստահորեն մոտենում է ավարտին։ Շատ շուտով անհնար կլինի խուսանավել։ Ենթադրենք կհաջողվի մեր հայկական կոմպլեմենտարիզմի ավարտը հետաձգել, առավելագույնը դա կլինի 1-2 տարով։ Իսկ հետո՞։

ԱՄՆ-ի ու Եվրասիայի տերությունների հակասություններն օրեցօր աճում են։ Հայաստանն էլ ամերիկյան աշխարհամասում չի գտնվում, չնայած որոշ հայ քաղաքացիներ արդեն ձեռք են բերել գվատեմալական կամ հոնդուրասական անձնագրեր։

Փաշինյանը դեռևս ընտրությունից առաջ ինչ-որ մեկին վախեցնում էր և հիշատակեց նախկին նախագահին, թե` չսխալվեք, ես այնքան անվճռական չեմ, ինչքան Սերժ Սարգսյանը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, այն փաստն ընդունելը, որ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ի առաջ խնդիր է դրված աշխարհին տեղեկացնելու, որ մեր երկիրը «և՛ ձերն է, և՛ մերն է, և՛ նույնիսկ երրորդինն է», արդեն նշանակում է, որ արտաքին քաղաքականության ասպարեզում Փաշինյանը պատճենում է Սերժ Սարգսյանին։
