Ստի ոտքը կարճ է. ՀԲՖ նոր ընտրություններ են սպասվում

Ստելլա Հովսեփյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Որքան էլ փորձես խաբել, թաքցնել իրականությունը՝ միևնույնն է գալու է ժամանակ, երբ ամեն ինչ բացահայտվելու է: Ու այդպես էլ եղավ Արթուր Գևորգյանի պարագայում: Նենգ ու խարդախ ճանապարհով նա կրկին դարձավ Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ, բայց արդյունքում եկել է այն ժամանակը, երբ նա պետք է վերջնական հրաժարական ներկայացնի, որպեսզի չխաթարի բռնցքամարտի զարգացման դինամիկան՝ Հայաստանում:
Դեռևս, երբ նա 2013 թվականին ընտրվում էր ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ, նա կարևորում էր բռնցքամարտի զարգացումը մարզերում, քանի որ մարզերը բռնցքամարտի դարբնոցն են: Նորընտիր նախագահը պատրաստվում էր շրջել մարզերում և անձամբ ծանոթանալ տիրող իրավիճակին:
Բայց ինչ տեսանք մենք, նրա նախագահության 6 տարիների ընթացքում մեր բռնցքամարտը հետնահանջ ապրեց, մտցվեցին կարգեր, որոնք հարիր չեն ընդհանրապես սպորտի զարգացմանը, քանի որ ծանոթով էին որոշվում, թե ովքեր պետք է գնային միջազգային միջոցառումներին և ընդհանրապես, ստեղծվել էր մի անառողջ միջավայր բոքսի ոլորտում, քանի որ հստակ կողմնապահության քաղաքականություն էր վարվում: Ու այս ամենից հետո էլ Արթուր Գևորգյանը համարձակություն ունեցավ երկրորդ անգամ դառնալ նախագահ և, եթե նախորդ ընտրությունները տեղի էին ունեցել հավուր պատշաճի, ապա այս ընտրությունները տեղի ունեցան աննախադեպ խաղտումներով: Ու շատ ցավալի է այն փաստը, որ երբ մարզիկները և մարզիչները բողոքում էին անարդար ընտրություններից, Արթուր Գևորգյանը համարձակություն էր ունենում ցինիկաբար հայտարարել, որ դրանք արդար են տեղի ունեցել և ԱԻԲԱ-ն (բռնցքամարտի միջազգային միություն) հաստատել և ճանաչել է ընտրությունների արդյունքները, հետևաբար արտահերթ ընտրություններ անցկացնելու օբյեկտիվ անհրաժեշտությունը բացակայում է:
Գիտեք ինչը՞ լավ կլիներ, որպեսզի իր ամբողջ կյանքի համար ֆիքսեր Արթուր Գևորգյանը, որ ոչ ոք անարդարությունը չի հանդուրժում և վերջիվերջո արդարություն պետք է հաստավի: Ու լավ կլիներ, որպեսզի ժամանակից շուտ չուրախանայիք և մեծամիտ հայտարարություններ չանեիք:
Ու ինչպես սպասվում էր ԱԻԲԱ-ն պետք է իրականացներ հետաքննություն և այդ հետաքննության արդյունքներն արդեն պարզ են: Ինչպես սպասվում էր, կազմակերպությունը արձանագրել է, որ տվյալ ընտրությունները կազմակերպվել են մի շարք խախտումներով, և չեն համապատասխանում ԱԻԲԱ-ի կանոնադրությանն ու նորմերին: Այդ իսկ պատճառով ԱԻԲԱ-ն պահանջում է Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայից հարգել ԱԻԲԱ-ի կանոնադրությունը և անցկացնել նոր ընտրություններ, որոնցում ԱԻԲԱ-ն կնշանակի նաև հատուկ հանձնակատար՝ ընտրությունների ընթացքին հետևելու համար, այլապես Հայաստանի ազգային ֆեդերացիան կհեռացվի բռնցքամարտի միջազգային միությունից:
Վստահ ենք, որ բռնցքամարտի սպսվելիք ընտրությունները արդեն իսկ տեղի կունենան արդար մթնոլորտում և Արթուր Գևորգյանի ստեղածած համակարգը արմատախիլ կարվի բռնցքամարտից: Իսկ Արթուր Գևորգյանի ժամանակին կատարված հայտարարություները հիմնովին հերքվեցին ու ինչպես ասում է ժողովուրդը, ստի ոտքը կարճ է լինում:
