Հայաստանը նույնքան «երջանիկ» է, որքան Ֆրանսիան ու Իտալիան. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Եթե հավատանք New Economic Foundation բրիտանական հետազոտական կենտրոնի ցուցանիշներին, որը զբաղված է աշխարհի երկրների երջանկության մակարդակի չափումներով, ապա «ամենաերջանիկ» պետությունը կարելի է համարել Կոստա–Ռիկան: 151 երկիր ներառող հետազոտության արդյունքներով Կոստա–Ռիկան առաջատարն է, որի երջանկության ինդեքսը կազմում է 64:
Հայաստանը ևս ներառված է այս հետազոտության մեջ: Ըստ բրիտանացի մասնագետների, մենք՝ հայերս, բավական երջանիկ ենք: Մեր երկրի երջանկության ինդեքսը կազմել է 46 և այդ 151 երկրների ցուցակում 53–րդն ենք: Ի դեպ, Ուզբեկստանը, որը նույնպես երջանկության նույն ինդեքսն ունի, մեզնից մի աստիճան ցածր է տեղաբաշխված բրիտանացիների կողմից կատարված հետազոտության սանդղակում:
Հայաստանը գրեթե նույնքան «երջանիկ» է, որքան եվրոպական երկրներ՝ Ֆրանսիան, Շվեդիան ու Իտալիան: Բավական հուսադրող ցուցանիշներ են: Մնում է, որ նույնքան վստահ լինենք կայուն ապագայի և բարեկեցիկ կյանք ունենալու առումով: Չնայած, որ հենց հետազոտության արդյունքները պարունակող հրապարկման մեջ հստակ կերպով գրված է, որ երջանկության համաշխարհային ինդեքսը համակցված ցուցանիշ է, որը չափում է աշխարհի երկրների և առանձին շրջանների հաջողություններն ու ձեռքբերումները՝ իրենց բնակիչներին երջանիկ կյանք ապահովելու հնարավորությունների տեսանկյունից:
Մեզ հարևան Վրաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Իրանի, ինչպես նաև Ռուսաստանի, Լեհաստանի, Պորտուգալիայի և Հայաստանից հարյուրավոր անգամներ զարգացման մակարդակով առաջ գտնվող շատուշատ այլ երկրների բնակիչները, պարզվում է՝ հայերիցս ավելի «դժբախտ» են: Համենայն դեպս, այս մասին են փաստում միջազգային կազմակերպության կողմից կատարված հետազոտության արդյունքները:
Հավելենք, որ հետազոտությունը հաշվարկվել է New Economic Foundation բրիտանական հետազոտական կենտրոնի մեթոդիկայով՝ Friends of the Earth բնապահպանական կազմակերպության, World Development Movement մարդասիրական կազմակերպության և միջազգային անկախ փորձագետների խմբի հետ համատեղ, ովքեր իրենց աշխատանքներում վերլուծական մշակումների հետ միասին օգտագործել են նաև ազգային ինստիտուտների և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների վիճակագրական տվյալները:
Հետազոտության նպատակն է ցույց տալ այն հարաբերական էֆեկտիվությունը, որի միջոցով երկրներն օգտագործում են տնտեսական աճն ու բնական ռեսուրսները՝ սեփական քաղաքացիների համար երջանիկ կյանք ապահովելու նապատակով: Ռեյթինգի կազմողներն ընգծում են, որ այն երկրներում, որտեղ մեխը դրվում է արտադրության զարգացման, ինչպես նաև տնտեսական աճի վրա, մարդիկ, որպես կանոն, ավելի երջանիկ չեն դառնում, քանի որ տնտեսական թեորիաները, որոնց հետևում են այդ պետությունների իշխանությունները, ոչ մի ընդհանուր բան չունեն այդ մարդկանց իրական կյանքի հետ:
Ինդեքսը չափում է յուրաքանչյուր երկրի բնակչության բավարարվածության մակարդակը և նրանց կյանքի միջին տևողությունը՝ այդ մարդկանց կողմից օգտագործվող բնական ռեսուրսների քանակի հարաբերակցությամբ:
