Ապատեղեկատվության ասեղի վրա նստած լրատվականներից մեկը հերթական գլուխգործոցն է այսօր հրապարակել: Ընդհանրապես մտահոգիչ է, երբ բավականաչափ լսարան հավաքելուց հետո այս նման լրատվականները սկսում են նույն այդ լսարանին պարբերաբար ներարկվող բացասական ինֆորմացիայով սթրեսի ենթարկելու գործընթաց:
Եվ այսպես, «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթը ևս մեկ անգամ արտահայտվելու հարթակ է տրամադրել ոմն «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերության տնօրեն Զարուհի Սարգսյանին: Վերջինս հայտարարում է, թե «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերությունը, որի համար իր ընկերությունը շինարարական աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել, չի կատարել պատշաճ վճարումները: Սակայն այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ սույն տիկնոջը իր գումարից առավել հետաքրքրում է հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը հոովելը՝ կապելով այն հենց վերոնշյալ «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության հետ: Նախ՝ պաշտոնական արձագանքից արդեն հասկացանք, որ տվյալ ընկերությունում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ընդամենը բաժնետերերից մեկն է, և այն էլ հանձնված է հավատարմագրային կառավարման: Սա դեռ բավական չէ, պարզվում է նաև, որ «Եվրոմոթորս» ընկերության և «Սմարթ Քոնսթրաքշն» ընկերության միջև կնքված համաձայնագրի համաձայն՝ դեռևս 2016 թվականին վերջիններին վճարվել է պայմանագրով նախատեսված ամբողջ՝ 3.285.000 դոլարը։
Նրանց համար, ովքեր կասեն, թե սա խոսքի ազատության իրավունք է, պարտավոր եմ հիշեցնել, որ զրպարտությունը խոսքի ազատության հետ որևէ աղերս չունի, և դեռ ավելին, ՀՀ Սահմանադրությամբ այն քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է:
Թույլ տվեք հավելել, որ եթե այս տիկինը որևէ ապացույցներ ուներ չկատարված վճարումների վերաբերյալ, ապա կարող էր դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին, այլ ոչ թե մերկապարանոց հայտարարություններով շրջեր պետական դռներով՝ առանց թակելու խնդրի լուծման համար պատասխանատու դուռը:
