Այսօր «Ժամանակ» թերթը գրել էր, թե Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նախընտրական շրջանում իր կուսակիցներին մոտիվացնելու համար խոստացել է, որ ընտրություններից հետո ԲՀԿ-ի մասնակցությամբ նոր կոալիցիա է ձևավորվելու՝ ասելով, թե այն ոլորտներում, որոնք վստահվելու են ԲՀԿ-ին, ինքը անձնական ներդրումներ է անելու:

Նաև նշվում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ի սկզբանե իմացել է, որ ոչ մի կոալիցիա էլ չի լինելու, ուղղակի հերթական անգամ խաբել է երկրորդ էշելոնի թեկնածուներին:

Ցանկացած մտածող մարդ, անկախ իրավաբանական ու քաղաքագիտական գիտելիքներից, հասկանում է, որ կոալիցիաների մասին կարելի է խոսել միայն ընտրությունների արդյունքների ամփոփումից հետո: Գործող Ընտրական օրենսգրքին որոշակիորեն ծանոթ մարդը միանգամից կհասկանա, որ եթե որևէ քաղաքական ուժ հավաքում է 70 տոկոսից ավելի ձայն, իշխանությունը կիսելու մասին խոսելը անիրատեսական է, հետևաբար, տրամաբանական է նաև, որ հենց այդ ուժն էլ միայնակ ձևավորում է կառավարության կազմը:
