Լրատվականի հերթական տապալումը

Իշխանությունը որպես կանոն բաժանված են լինում երեք մարմինների՝ օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական: Բոլոր քաղաքակիրթ և զարգացած երկրներում ընդունված է ԶԼՄ-երին անվանել «չորրորդ իշխանություն»: Սա հիմնականում արվում է այն պայմանով, որ հենց մամուլի միջոցով է հանրության ասելիքն ու խնդիրները հասնելի դառնում «վերևներին», և որ մամուլը պետք է ներկայացնի ադեկվատ ու ճշտված տեղեկատվություն, այլ ոչ թե «քուչի» խոսակցություններ ու բուլվարային մակարդակի ինֆորմացիա: Հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ, ցավոք, բուլվարային թերթերի ու կայքերի պակաս ընդհանրապես չունենք:

Վերը նշվածի վառ օրինակ է «Ժամանակ» թերթի այսօրվա հրապարակումը, ըստ որի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին՝ ընտրությունների օրը, բավական ջերմ համագործակցություն է հաստատվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության և ԲՀԿ ներկայացուցիչների միջև: Ըստ թերթի տեղեկությունների՝ քվեարկության օրը ոստիկանությանը ահազանգեր են ԲՀԿ-ի կողմից իրականացվող ընտրախախտումների մասին, իսկ ոստիկանությունը դրանց արձագանքելու և խախտումները կանխելու փոխարեն, այդ տեղեկությունները փոխանցել է ԲՀԿ ղեկավարությանը՝ զգուշացնելով, որ նրանք աշխատեն ավելի աննկատ:

Առաջին իսկ հայացքից ակնհայտ է, որ գործ ունենք հերթական հերթապահ ստահոդ ու կեղծիք պարունակող հրապարակման հետ, որը նշյալ լրատվականին բավականին բնորոշ գործելաոճ է: Ասվածս հավաստում է ոստիկանության ակնթարթային արձագանքը, որտեղ նշվում է, որ հրապարակումը բացարձակապես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Ընդգծվում է նաև, որ վերքաղաքական կառույց է և գործում է բացառապես օրենքի առջև բոլորի հավասարության սկզբունքով: Հրապարակման ուղղակի հերքումն է նաև ոստիկանության ծավալուն աշխատանքը և´ քարոզարշավի, և´ բուն քվեարկության օրը:

Բոլորիս համար հասկանալի է, որ սա ուղղակի լրագրողական մանիպուլացիա է, որով նախընտրական շրջանում ակնհայտ ուղղվածություն ունեցող լրատվամիջոցը փորձում է անվանարկել քաղաքական մի ամբողջ թիմի: Ոստիկանության արձագանքն իր հերթին ապացուցում է, որ սա չստացված անվանարկում էր, որը կրկին ձախողվեց:

Արևմտյան ծառայությունների շահերը սպասարկող և հայտնի դեսպանատնից սնուցվող այս հակազգային հիմնարկությանն ուղղակի կարելի է հորդորել մի փոքր վերադառնալ ռացիոնալության դաշտ և հետևություններ անել ըստ էության, այլ ոչ թե ըստ ֆանտազիայի թռիչքի, այլապես երկրաչափական պրոգրեսիայով կկորցնի իր լսարանն ու ընթերցողներին, քանի որ մարդիկ թերթ են գնում, որպեսզի լինեն տեղեկացված, ոչ թե կարդան տգետ լրագրողի դատարկաբանությունները, որով ծավալային են դարձնում հոդվածները՝ իրականում ոչինչ չասելով:
