ԼՂՀ-ի 9,1% աճը ՀՀ-ի էկոնոմիկայի «դրայվերն» է. Կարեն Կարապետյան

ԼՂՀ և ՀՀ վարչապետների երեկվա համատեղ ասուլիսի ընթացքում լրագրողները` մատնացույց անելով ԼՂՀ-ի՝ 2015թ-ի 9,1% տոկոսի հասնող տնտեսական աճը, հետաքրքրվեցին, թե ինչպես է, որ ԼՂՀ կառավարությանը հաջողվել է նման արդյունքի հասնել, իսկ ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ ոչ. սա այն դեպքում, երբ ՀՀ-ն կախում ունի ռուսական շուկայից, իսկ ԼՂՀ-ն ՀՀ-ի շուկայից:

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, թե ԼՂՀ Կառավարությունը «ֆանտաստիկ ճիշտ և համարձակ քայլեր է կատարել»:

«Այսօր ներկայացվել է, թե ԼՂՀ կառավարության կողմից ինչպես են աշխատել, իրականում համարում եմ, որ ֆանտաստիկ ճիշտ և համարձակ քայլ են արել, աճը տեսնում ենք ԼՂՀ-ում՝ հաշվի առնելով բիզնեսի ռիսկայնությունը»,- ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետը։
ԼՂՀ վարչապետ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը բացատրեց, թե պետք է ԼՂՀ-ի ՀՆԱ-ի կառուցվածքին ուշադրություն դարձնել, և այդ փոփոխությունը կապ ունի հիդրոէներգետիկայի զարգացման հետ: Իսկ ՀՀ-ում չկա, քանի որ այդ պոտենցիալն օգտագործել են հիմնականում 2008թ-ին:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, թե Էներգետիկայի ոլորտում այս տարի ներդրվելու է մոտ 50 մլն դոլար: Զարգացման մեծ տեմպեր ունի նաև հանքարդյունաբերությունն ու գյուղատնտեսությունը:

«Չեմպիոն են, աճի հարցով չեմպիոնն են, նաև նորարար քայլերով են չեմպիոն»,-արձագանքեց Կարեն Կարապետյանը: Ըստ նրա՝ Արցախի կարևոր առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ չեն վախենում ասել, թե ինչում են սխալվել:

Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նշեց, թե պետք է անհոգ լինել, քանի որ ԼՂՀ տնտեսական աճն իր ազդեցությունն է թողնում նաև ՀՀ տնտեսության վրա, որովհետև այդ ներդրումներն արտադրվում են ՀՀ-ում և որպես ապրանք ներմուծվում ԼՂՀ:
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության էկոնոմիկայի դրայվերնա»,- ժպիտով ավելացրեց վարչապետը:
