Գաղտնալսման ընթացքում հնչած ցանկացած բառ օրինականության սահմաններում է

Վերջին շրջանում Հայստանում շատ դեպքեր հաջորդեցին միմյանց, որոնք աննախադեպ էին և իրենց բնույթով ցնցեցին ողջ լրատվական դաշտը, սակայն պետք է դրանցից առանձնացնենք և որոշակի խորքային վերլուծության ենթարկենք գաղտնալսումներ թեման: Իսկզբանե նշենք, որ ինչ ասպեկտով էլ դիտարկենք, դա անընդունելի քայլ է, որն ուղված է մեր պետության դեմ: Հասկանալի է նաև, որ հեղինակներն ունեն կոնկրետ նպատակ, հանրության շրջանում սերմանել հակակրանք և ատելություն իշխանությունների ու հատուկ ծառայությունների նկատմամբ, որը ևս ունի իր դրդապատճառները: Այստեղ խնդիրը գաղտնալսման բովանդակությունը չէ, այլ այն, թե ինչպիսի ռեսուրսներ են ծախսվել նման օպերացիա կազմակերպելու համար, որն իմիջայլոց ամեն մեկին հասանելի «հաճույք» չէ: Եվ հենց այս նոտայի վրա էլ ի հայտ են գալիս պատվիրատուների բուն մտադրություններն ու նրանց ով լինելու հանգամանքը: Փաստ է նաև, որ գաղտնալսման ողջ ընթացքում, թե Վանեցյանը, թե Խաչատրյանը և թե ՀՀ վարչապետն, ամբողջությամբ տրամաբանության և օրինականության սահամաններում են գործել,առանց խախտելու որևէ սահամանադրական օրենք, ինչը այդքան ջանասիրաբար փորձում են ապացուցել գաղտնալսում իրականացրած անձանց քարոզչամեքենաները: Հասկանալի է, որ հեռախոսազրույցները, ոչ պաշտոնական ֆորմատով, բովանդակային առումով քիչ տարբերվում են և ավելի խոսակցական են, քան պաշտոնականի դեպքում: Ահա այս հանգամանքն էլ հաշվի առնելով, հեղինակները փորձել են ինչ-որ առանձին դրվագներ կտրելու, մոնտաժելու միջոցով, տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե դատական համակարգի և դատավորների վրա որոշակի վերահսկողություն կա: Իգիտություն նշենք, որ դա նրանց մոտ չստացվեց, քանի որ ՀՀ վարչապետը հավուր պատշաճի արձագանքեց այդ դեպքին և ներկայացրեց բոլոր պարզաբանումները, որոնք թույլ տվեցին ենթադրել, որ ամեն ինչ օրինականության սահմաններում է այս ողջ պատմության մեջ, բացառությամբ գաղտնալսողների, նրանց կողմից պետական «ներքին խոհանոց» ապօրինի ներխուժման: Դժվար չէ կռահել, թե ում ձեռքի գործն է այս ամենը և հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչ սև ամպեր են կուտակվել այդ անձի գլխավերևում, ապա միանգամայն հասկանալի է այս ստոր քայլի ողջ նպատակը, որը սակայն ոչ այլ ինչ է քան հուսհատության վերջին ճիգեր՝ պատասխանատվությունից խուսափելու համար: Չի ստացվելու, մենք այլևս նոր Հայստանում ենք ապրում, որտեղ բոլորի իրավունքները պաշտպանված են, որտեղ գործող իշխանությունն ամբողջությամբ լիազորված է հանրության կողմից և նմանատիպ էժանագին շոուները, չեն կարող որևէ ազդեցություն ունենալ հասարակության գիտակցության վրա: Մեկ ճշտում, ամեն ինչ նույննն է մնացել, իսկ այ տվյալ նենգության հեղինակի ազատության մեջ գտնվելու ժամերը, գնալով կրճատվում են: Վանեցյանը ինչպես եղել է բարեխիղճ և հայրենանվեր սպա, այնպես էլ շարունակում է մնալ այդպիսին, անկախ որոշ հակապետական դեմքերի քմահաճույքներից և իրականացված հակաքարոզներից:
