Քաղաքական բանավեճերը թույլ նյարդերով մարդկանց համար չեն.

Նախընտրական հեռուստաբանավեճերի հանդեպ հանրային հետաքրքրությունը վերջին շրջանում էականորեն աճել է: Այդ բանավեճերը դարձել են սովորական երևույթ, ավելին՝ քարոզարշավային ամեն օրվա ընթացքում առնվազն 2–3 բանավեճ է տեղի ունենում: Ակնհայտ է, սակայն, որ կան որոշակի խնդիրներ բանավիճային մշակույթում: Խոսքը ոչ այնքան դրանց խայտաբղետ ձևաչափերի մասին է, որքան մասնակիցների սպասելիքների ու ակնկալիքների: Միանգամից պարզ է դառնում, որ տարիներ շարունակ բանավեճերի պրակտիկայի բացակայությունը հանգեցրել է մի վիճակի, երբ քաղաքական պրոցեսների կտրուկ հանրայնացմանը քաղաքական վերնախավը պատրաստ չէ, պատրաստ չէ հարմարվել հրապարակային քաղաքականության և դրա առանցքային մաս կազմող բանավիճային ֆորմատի խաղի կանոններին:

Պետք է արձանագրել, որ հեռուստատեսային բանավեճերն, ըստ էության, առանձին ժանր են, մեծ հաշվով՝ գեղարվեստական ժանր: Եվ այդ ժանրն ունի իր կանոնները, որոնցից առաջնայինը ոչ այնքան փաստերի ճիշտ և սխալ լինելն է, որքան համոզիչ և ներկայանալի խոսելը, վստահ պահվածքը, ամուր նյարդերը: Ընդհուպ մինչև արտաքին տեսքի առանձին բաղադրիչներ կարող են վճռորոշ լինել այս կամ այն բանավեճում հաղթելու համար: Այն հանգամանքը, որ հրապարակային քաղաքականության մեջ առաջնայինը ոչ թե բովանդակությունն ու փաստերն են, այլ համոզիչ, արժանահավատ ներկայանալու ունակությունը, դրսևորվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օրինակով:

 

Ըստ այդմ, այն նեղսրտման դրսևորումները, թե բանավեճերում քիչ են փաստերը կամ կան փաստերի մանիպուլ յացիաներ, կամ փաստերով խոսողը պարտվեց մանիպուլյացիաներ անողին, պարզապես նշանակում են, որ Հայաստանում հեռուստաբանավեճերի ժանրը դեռևս նոր է ու անսովոր քաղաքական դերակատարների համար: Մեծ հաշվով, եթե քաղաքական բանավեճերը լինեին փաստերի ճշգրտման, ծրագրերի ներկայացման, ինչպես նաև փորձագիտական ու ակադեմիական քննարկումների հարթակներ, ապա քաղաքականությամբ կզբաղվեին ու կհաջողեին բացառապես գիտնականները, փորձագետները ու քաղաքագետները:

Ողջունելի է բանավեճի մշակույթի այսօրինակ տարածումը վերջին շրջանում: Միաժամանակ հասկանալի է, որ այս նոր երևույթին լիովին հարմարվելու համար ժամանակ է պետք: Մեդիադաշտը իր խնդիրը լուծում է՝ գտնելով ձևաչափեր բանավեճերի կազմակերպման համար: Հասարակությունն էլ իր վարքով ցույց է տալիս, որ հետաքրքրված է այդ ձևաչափերով: Հետևաբար հերթը արդեն քաղաքական դերակատարներինն է, որոնք փոխանակ նեղսրտելու, պետք է հասկանան այդ ժանրի առանձնահատկություններն ու կանոնները, ըստ այդմ, դառնալով այդ ժանրի, այդ խաղի մասնակից՝ ընդունեն և խաղան խաղի կանոններով:

Այլապես կարող է ունենանք մի իրավիճակ, երբ քաղաքականությունն այլևս հրապարակային է, մեդիադաշտը պատրաստ է նման ձևաչափերին, բայց չկա բավարար ռեսուրս այդ հրապարակայնությունը կյանքի կոչելու համար, որովհետև, ասենք, ոմանք նեղսրտում են բանավեճերում ընդհատված լինելուց, մանիպուլացվելուց, փաստերի երկրորդվելուց և այլն: Քաղաքական բանավեճի ժանրը թույլ նյարդերով մարդկանց համար չէ:
