Հայկական սպորտի զարգացման ուղին հեշտ չի եղել. Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը չի ընկրկել խոչընդոտների առջև

Նախընտրական քարոզարշավը մոտենում է իր տրամաբանական ավարտին, քաղաքական ուժերը վերջին ակորդներն են տալիս և ներկայացնում իրենց մոտեցումները՝ փորձելով հանրությունից հնարավորինս շատ վստահության քվե ստանալ: Տրամաբանական է, որ այս փուլում քաղաքական ուժերը սովորաբար լինում են ավելի ազնիվ և արտահայտում իրենց իրական ցանկությունները:

Նախօրեին ԲՀԿ-ն իր քարոզարշավն էր իրականացնում Գեղարքունիքի մարզում: Մարտունիում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մի հետաքրքրիր միջադեպ է պատմել, որից պարզ է դառնում, որ նախկին իշխանությունները խոչընդոտել են նորմալ աշխատելուն: Տարիներ առաջ նախկին իշխանությունները, երբ Երևանում կաթսայատները սեփականաշնորհելիս են եղել, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խնդրել է, որ ամեն թաղամասում մի կաթսայատուն տան, որպեսզի սպորտդպրոցներ կառուցի, քանի որ այս կաթսայատները սեփականաշնորհվել ու տներ էին կառուցվել: Ծառուկյանը նախին քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին և կառավարությանը տեղյակ է պահել, որ ցանկանում է կառուցել սպորտդպրոցներ, իսկ այդ կաթսայատները հնարավորություն կտան սպորտդպրոցների ջեռուցման հարցը կարգավորել՝ նման կերպ խթանելով մանկապատանեկան շրջաններում սպորտի զարգացմանը: «Եվ այդ 350 կաթսայատներից որևիցե մեկը ես չեմ ասել անձնական տվեք ինձ, թող տային նախարարությանը, Օլիմպիական կոմիտեին»,-վրդովված պատմել է ԲՀԿ ղեկավարը։

Այսինքն ստացվում է այնպես, որ, փաստորեն, նախկին իշխանություններն արհեստականորեն փորձել են խոչընդոտել, կաթսայատները չեն հատկացրել ու չեն օգնել Ծառուկյանին, որպեսզի նա Երևանի թաղամասերում երեխաների ու պատանիների համար նորմալ ժամանակակից պայմաններով ու հագեցված տեխնիկայով սպորտային դահլիճներ կառուցի: Ծառուկյանը՝ ներկայումս գործող սպորտդպրոցներն իր միջոցներով ու սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ է կառուցել: Նա չի համագործակցել ոչ մի անհատի և քաղաքական ուժի հետ:

Հետևյալ պատկերն է ստացվում՝ ունենալով բավականին ազդեցիկ դիրք և լինելով Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամ, բայց, փաստորեն, իշխանական լծակներից փաստացի չի օգտվել: Ծառուկյանն իր այդ քայլերն արել է ի սրտե, ընդհանրապես բարեգործություն անել տրված չէ բոլորին, նման հատկությունները տրվում է ի վերուստ:
