Ձերբակալվել է «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաս­տան» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Մհեր Եղիազարյանը

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյուն­քում բացա­հայտ­վել է կաշառք տալու պատրվակով, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի խարդախության դեպք:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության մամուլի կենտրոնից, մասնավորապես` պարզվել է, որ «Հայոց Արծիվներ. Միասնական Հայաս­տան» կուսակցության փոխնախագահ, «Haynews.am» լրատվական կայքի պատաս­խա­­նա­տու Մհեր Եղիազարյանը, խաբեությամբ ուրիշի գույքի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, 2014թ. փետրվարից մինչև 2018թ. հոկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատ­վածում, անձամբ, կամ միջնորդների միջոցով, չարաշահելով ՀՀ մի շարք քաղաքացիների, այդ թվում առանձին զինծառայողների վստահությունը, ծառայության կամ աշխա­տանքի տեղա­վորելու, ծառայողական առաջխաղացման, կամ այլ տարաբնույթ հարցեր լուծելու համար, կաշառք տալու պատրվա­կով նրանցից պահանջել, ստացել և առանց որևէ գործողություն կատարելու խար­դախությամբ հափշտակել է 180 հազար դրամից մինչև առանձնա­պես խոշոր չափերի հասնող՝ 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք 4 մլն 775 հազար ՀՀ դրամ­:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 34-312-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով։ Մհեր Եղիազարյանը ձերբակալվել է, կատար­վում է նախաքննություն:

Այն քաղաքացիները, ովքեր տուժել են Մհեր Եղիազարյանի նմանօրինակ գործողություն­նե­րից, խնդրում ենք դիմել ՀՀ ազ­գա­­յին անվտանգության ծառայություն` զան­գա­հա­րե­լով 010 57-93-16 հեռա­խո­սա­հա­մար­ով:

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի համար կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատա­վարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով՝ դատարանի օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
