Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի որդեգրված արդյունավետ քաղաքականությունը կտա իր արդյունքները

Ստելլա Հովսեփյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Յուրաքանչյուր պետության զարգացման համար կորևոր է, թե ոնց են կառուցվում նրա երկկողմանի և բազմակողմանի հարաբերությունները: Եվ Հայաստանի պարագայում էլ, կարևոր է դինամիկ և արդյունավետ զարգացնել այդ հարաբերությունները ու շատ կարևոր է, երբ հարաբերությունները զարգացնում ես աշխարհի զարգացած պետությունների հետ:
Հաշվի առնելով այս հանգամանքն էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր քաղաքականության մեջ որդեգրել է տնտեսապես հզոր և քաղաքականապես ամուր պետությունների հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդումը: Նրա հրավերով մշտապես Հայաստան են ժամանում բազում հեղինակավոր քաղաքական գործիչներ, որոնց հետ քննարկվում են համագործակցության եզրերի ամրապնդման հնարավոր ճանապարհները:
Այս անգամ էլ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստան են ժամանել Մեծ Բրիտանիայի Կառավարության նախկին անդամ, Մարգրեթ Թետչերի և Դեյվիդ Քեմերոնի օրոք նախարարի պաշտոն զբաղեցրած՝ լորդ Ֆրանսիս Մոդը ու Լորդերի պալատի անդամ՝ Բարոնուհի Սիմոն Ֆիննը: Բացի այդ նրանց հետ էին ժամանել նաև՝ Լոնդոնի Policy Exchange ուղեղային կենտրոնի ավագ գիտաշխատող, գրող, հրապարակախոս՝ Վիլյամ Շոուքրոսը և London Infrastructure ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Աֆզալ Ամինը: Քննարկումների արդյունքում կողմերը մի շարք հարցեր են քննարկել և քննարկումների արդյունքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նշեց, որ փոխադարձ շփումների և համագործակցության արդյունքում երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունները էլ ավելի կամրապնդվեն: Իրենց հերթին էլ բրիտանացի պատվիրակները կարևորեցին Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը, առավել ևս հաշվի առնելով այն փաստը, որ Մեծ Բրիտանիան դուրս է գալիս Եվրամիությունից և նոր գործընկերներ է փնտրում համագործակցության համար: Ու իրենք էլ պատվիրակները նշեցին, որ մեծ հաճույքով կհամագործակցեն հայկական կողմի հետ և հաշվի առնելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական գործոնն ու հեղինակությունը, շատ ուրախ կլինեն օգտակար լինել Հայաստանին և քաղաքական խորհրդտվություններ մատուցեն անհրաժեշտության դեպքում:
Սա հերթական այն քայլերից մեկն էր, որով ապացուցվում է թե որքան մեծ ազդեցություն ունի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը մեր պետության զարգացման հարցում: Միայն ճիշտ որգեգրված քաղաքականության արդյունքում է հնարավոր հասնել արդյունքի, պետությունը զարգացնել ու այդ քաղաքականություն էլ դրսևորում է՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
