Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստան են այցելել ամբողջ աշխարհում հայտնի « Երկաթե լեդիի » Մարգրեթ Թետչերի կառավարության անդամները : Նրանց կառավարման շրջանում Մեծ Բրիտանիան գտնվում էր ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում, և այս կառավարությանը հաջողվեց էապես փոխել իրավիճակը : Հայաստանը ևս գտնվում է ճգնաժամի մեջ և ահա Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով կառավարման ոլորտի բարձրակարգ մասնագետները գտնվում են Հայաստանում, և պատրաստ են աջակցելու Հայաստանի զարգացմանը: Տնտեսական հեղափոխության իրականցման համար բացի մեծածավալ ներդրումներից, որոնք իրականցվում են Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով, կարիք կա պետական միջոցների գրագետ կառավարման և արդյունավետության բարձրացման, և այս գործում բրիտանական փորձառությամբ մասնագետներն օգտակար կլինեն: Խոսքը գնում է Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կառավարության նախարարների մասին : Բրիտանական հաջողությունները տեսանելի են բոլորին և բրիտանական փորձը Հայաստան ներդնելու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գաղափարը արդյունավետ կլինի ոչ միայն կառավարման և վարչարարության տեսանկյունից, այլ կնպաստի նաև բրիտանական ներդրումների հոսքին դեպի Հայաստան, որը իր հերթին տնտեսական ազդեցությունից զատ, կունենա նաև տարածաշրջանում կայունության պահպանման էֆեկտ: Միջազգային փորձի և կապիտալի ներգրավումը, Հայաստանը զարգացման տանող ամենաարդյունավետ ճանապարհն է և Գագիկ Ծառուկյնաի ջանքերով այս ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքները երկար սպասեցնել չեն տա իրենց արդյունքին:
