AsekoseNews-Հանրապետության նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը հյուրընկալել է ուժային եռամարտի Եվրոպայի բաց առաջնության սեղմում վարժության պարալիմպիկ ձևում հաղթող ճանաչված Գևորգ Աֆրիկյանին և նրա մարզիչ, Գավառի մարզադպրոցի տնօրեն Դավիթ Ասոյանին:
Նոյեմբերին Թբիլիսիում տեղի ունեցած Եվրոպայի առաջնությունն առաջին միջազգային մրցաշարն էր, որին մասնակցել է շարժողական խնդիրներ ունեցող Գևորգ Աֆրիկյանը:Մրցաշարին մասնակցելու համար Աֆրիկյանին անհրաժեշտ էր ֆինանսական աջակցություն: Մամուլի հրապարակմանն արձագանքել էր Հայաստանի նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն ու տրամադրել անհրաժեշտ գումարը:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումը գավառցի Գևորգ Աֆրիկյանի համար երկրորդ անակնկալն էր նախագահական շենքից: «Անակնկալի եկա, որ նախագահականից հեռախոսազանգ ստացա»,- պատմել է Գևորգը:

Գևորգը և նրա մարզիչ Դավիթ Ասոյանը ջերմ ու անմիջական զրույց են ունեցել նախագահ Սարգսյանի հետ:

Նշելով, որ հպարտ է Գևորգի հաջողություններով՝ նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է. «Եթե մարդիկ իրենց առաջ խնդիրներ են դնում և փորձում են հասնել դրանց, կամ եթե նույնիսկ չես հասնում, բայց պայքարում ես այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար, արդեն մի քայլ, երկու քայլ, երեք քայլ, տասը քայլ առաջ ես գնում քո կյանքում»: Իսկ Գևորգն իր առջև խնդիր իրոք դրել էր. «Նպատակ էի դրել իմ առջև, որ պետք է անպայման մեդալով վերադառնամ, որպեսզի ով ինձ հետ աշխատել է , ով ինչ-որ կերպ ներդրում է կատարել, հույսեր կապել, այդ ամենն արդարացնեմ»:

Հանրապետության նախագահը Գևորգին քաջալերել է հանդիպել ու զրուցել երիտասարդների հետ. «Շատ կարևոր է, որ դու քո օրինակով խոսես ուրիշների հետ, հանդիպես քո տարիքի ուրիշ երիտասարդների հետ: Մարդիկ, որոնք ֆիզիկական առավելություն կամ թերություն ունեն, դա կարևոր չէ... Ալբերտ Էյնշտեյնը, ով 20-րդ դարի և երևի մեր պատմության ամենահայտնի ֆիզիկոսներից մեկն է, մինչև 5-6 տարեկանը չի խոսել, և մարդիկ կարծել են, թե ունակ չէ խոսելու: Հետո մարդն աշխարհի ամենամեծ հայտնագործությունն է արել»:

Գևորգն ունի նաև նշանաբան, որը շատ է դուր եկել հանրապետության նախագահին՝ «Կարողացել են բոլորը՝ կարող եմ նաև ես, չի կարողացել ոչ ոք՝ ես կլինեմ առաջինը»: «Շատ կարևոր է, որ դու ունես նպատակ և կյանքդ լցվում է դրանով, իմաստավորում է կյանքդ»,-Գևորգին ոգևորել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը:

Գևորգի մարզիչն իր հերթին պատմել է, որ Գևորգն ի սկզբանե շատ ավելի բարդ ֆիզիկական խնդիրներ է ունեցել, սակայն քրտնաջան մարզումների ու աշխատասիրության շնորհիվ զգալի առաջընթաց է արձանագրել:

Հանրապետության նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Գևորգի ջանասիրությունն ու նրա գրանցած արդյունքները՝ նշելով. «Դու քո բնավորությամբ, քո նպատակասլացությամբ, համառությամբ շատ բաների ես հասնելու: Միայն միշտ հիշիր, որ շրջապատում այն մարդիկ, ովքեր քեզ հետ աշխատում են, քեզ աջակցում են՝ քո ընտանիքը, քո մարզիչը, ուսուցիչը, նրանց նկատմամբ միշտ սերը, նվիրվածությունը պահես, որովհետև դա կյանքի ամենակաևոր բաներից մեկն է: Մարդիկ վերևից ընկնում են այն ժամանակ, երբ մեծամտանում են»:

Գևորգի հաջորդ նպատակը հենակներից ազատվելն է: Նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ սպասում է այդ օրվան: «Ինձ կզանգես, ու ես անպայման կգամ»: Իսկ մինչ այդ. «Ինձ մեկ-մեկ նամակ գրիր, ես հաճույքով կկարդամ ու կպատասխանեմ, իսկ եթե խորհրդի կարիք ունենաս, այս դռները միշտ բաց են քո առաջ»,- ասել է նախագահ Սարգսյանը:
