Բեռլինյան «ինտրիգ»

Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության կանցլերի նստավայրում այսօր կայացել է ՀՀ նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի և կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հանդիպումը։ Նախագահն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ Հայաստանը` Գերմանիան դիտարկում է որպես կարևոր գործընկեր ու բարեկամ երկիր:

Նախագահ Սարգսյանն այդ երկիր է այցելել Գերմանիայի նախագահ Շտայնմայերի հրավերով: Նա հանդիպում է ոչ միայն Գերմանիայի քաղաքական ղեկավարների, այլ նաև տնտեսական և գործարար շրջանակների հետ՝ քննարկելով Հայաստանում ներդրումներ անելու հնարավորությունները:


Սարգսյանի այցը տեղի է ունենում Հայաստանի համար կարևոր ներքին ու արտաքին զարգացումների ֆոնին՝ խորհրդարանի արտահերթ ընտրություն և ՀԱՊԿ իրավիճակ, որտեղ խթանած «ճգնաժամով» Հայաստանը գործնականում, լայն իմաստով, դրել է եվրասիական անվտանգության համակարգի վերափոխման հարցը:

Ընդհանրապես հեղափոխությունից հետո Արմեն Սարգսյանը՝ որպես առանցքային ֆիգուր, հանդես է գալիս մի տեսակ սպոնտան գործելաոճով: Բոլորս ենք հիշում, որ նախագահի ընտրության ժամանակ՝ ողջ «Ելք» խմբակցությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի «թամադայությամբ», քարը քարին չթողեցին՝ քննադատելով նախագահին, վիճարկելով նրա քաղաքացիության հարցը, հետո, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը դարձավ վարչապետ, միանգամից, շատ կասկածելի հանգամաքներում, այդ հարցը լուռ փակվեց: Սակայն Սարգսյանը, հավանաբար, ելքյան այդ դեմարշը չի մոռացել, և թեթև բզբզում է Փաշինյանի «կոշտուկը»:

Փաշինյան-Սարգսյան տիրույթում առկա է քողարկված լարվածություն, որտեղ անցնող ամիսներին նկատելի է չբարձրաձայնված տրամաբանության վրա կառուցված բավական ներդաշնակ փոխլրացնող աշխատանք: Մյուս նպատակը, թերևս, Արմեն Սարգսյանին ՀԱՊԿ առաջ անհարմար վիճակում դնելը, փորձելով խաղալ նրա «փառասիրության» վրա:


Ստացվում է նախագահ Սարգսյանը չարդարացրեց սպասելիքները, դրանով ընդգծելով՝ իր, իսկապես, փորձառու և բանիմաց գործիչ լինելու հանգամանքը:
Իրականում կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ Սարգսյանը ամենայն հավանականությամբ ունի նաև սեփական դիրքերն ամրապնդելու և երկրում քողարկված լիդերություն ունենալու հարց, որն էլ փորձում է օգտագործել: Եթե փորձենք ուշադրություն դարձնել դեպքերի զարգացումներին՝ նա վերջին շրջանում բավական ակտիվ էր, նախ՝ մեկնեց ԱՄՆ, անհասկանալի կազմակերպության կողմից ճանաչվեց տարվա մարդ, այց Ֆրանսիա, իսկ հիմա արդեն Գերմանիա:

Սարգսյանը հետաքրքիր տակտիկայով է խաղում՝ երբ վարչապետը երկրում է, նա ինչ-որ կարևոր նախաձեռնությամբ մեկնում է արտասահմանյան այցի, ներկայացնելով, թե չի զբաղվում ակտիվ քաղաքականությամբ, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ նա ձեռքը պահում է քաղաքական տեմպի զարկերակին:

Հ.գ. 2016 թվականի ապրիլի 5-ին՝ քառօրյա պատերազմի հրադադարից ժամեր անց Գերմանիա մեկնեց Սերժ Սարգսյանը: Գերմանիա, ոչ թե ՀԱՊԿ դաշնակից որևէ մայրաքաղաք կամ Մոսկվա:
Հ.գ. Աշխարհում չկա ոչ մի քաղաքական գործիչ, որը որևէ քաղաքական ամբիցիա և նկրտում չունենալով՝ ուղղակի PR-ով զբաղվի (պաղպաղակ ուտել, հոդ-դոգներ պատրաստել, երեխաների հետ փողոցներում նկարվել ): Հետևաբար, Սարգսյանի քաղաքական հետաքրքրությունները Հայաստանում դեռ աճելու են:
