Տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ են գործնական քայլեր, որոնք կհանգեցնեն որակական փոփոխությունների

Դավիթ Բերբերյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրում է.

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած քաղաքական հեղափոխությանը պետք է հաջորդի տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը։ Այս մասին դեռևս ամիսներ առաջ հայատարարեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով այս երկու եզրույթները կապելով միմյանց` հեղափոխության տրամաբանության ողջ թեորիան տվեց։ Եվ ինչպես ասում են, տնտեսական հեղափոխություն չեն անում խոսքերով միայն կամ կոչերով։ Տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու համար անհրաժեշտ են գործնական քայլեր, որոնք էլ կարող են բերել տեսանելի ու որակական փոփոխությունների։ Հայաստանում ամիսներ առաջ կայացած «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովի ժամանակ, որին մասնակցում էին ավելի քան 20 երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, Ծառուկյանը բարձրաձայնեց այս մասին ու մատնանշեց ներկայացրեց գործողությունների իր պլանը՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու հարցում։
Արտասահմանյան ներդրումների ապահովման հարցում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ունի տարիների փորձ ու լավ գիտի, թե դրանց համար հուսալի պայմաններ ստեղծելու ուղիները ու արդյունավետ ուղղվածությամբ կիրառելը։ Նրա խոսքով, սակայն, միայն ներդրումները չեն կարող լուծել տնտեսական զարգացման գերխնդիրը։ Անհրաժեշտ է նաև երկրում կառուցել գործարաններ ու արդյունաբերական օբյեկտներ։ Ծառուկյանի այս մոտեցումը ոչ թե տեսլական էր, այլև արդեն իրականացման ընթացքի մեջ գտնվող քայլեր: Ինչպես օրինակ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի կառուցման փաստը՝տասից ավելի գործարաններով և բազմաթիվ աշխատատեղերով։ Մեր աչքի առաջ տեղի ունեցավ աշխարհում ամենից մեծ «Մայնինգ ֆերմայի», «Մուլտի Սոլար» արևային էներգիայի կայանի, ինչպես նաև «Մուլտի Տեքստիլ» սրբիչի գործարանների բացումն ու շահարործման հանձնելու իրողությունը։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հավատարիմ է իր իսկ կողմից առաջ քաշած տնտեսական հեղափոխության գաղափարին, որի համար անհրաժեշտ է ինչպես քաղաքական այնպես էլ սոցիալ–տնտեսական իրավիճակի կայունություն, որին կհասնենք
տնտեսական շուտափույթ բարեփոխումների իրականացման արդյունքում և տնտեսության և քաղաքականության խզում տեղի չի ունենա:
