Տնտեսական հեղափոխության ակունքներում կանգնած է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը

Արման Հարոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հեղափոխություն կա, որ միայն ժողովրդի ցանկությամբ ու պահանջով չի իրականանա։ Խոսքն ամենադժվար իրագործվող, ամենաերկար ժամանակ ու հսկայական ռեսուրսներ պահանջող տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին է։ Մեր երկրում այն մեծ թափ հավաքեց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ։ Նա առաջին մարդն էր, ով հայտարարեց տնտեսական հեղափոխության անհրաժեշտության մասին։
Եվ ահա այդ հայտարարությունից չի անցել նույնիսկ երկու ամիս, բայց այն հստակ քայլերով գնում է դեպի պիկ։
Դեռ երկար կսպասեինք տնտեսական հեղափոխության իրագործմանը, եթե արտասահմանյան ներդրողը Հայաստանում չտեսներ վստահելի գործընկեր, ի դեմս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, ու եթե այդ վստահությունը չվերածվեր ռեալ քայլերի, որոնք մեզ հետզհետե բերեցին դեպի նոր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը։ Այնուհետև՝ արդյունաբերական քաղաքում ամեն նոր բացվող գործարանի հետ, մենք քայլ առ քայլ մոտենում ենք տնտեսական հեղափոխության էպիկենտրոնին, հույս ունենալով, որ այսքան սպասված տնտեսական վերելքը այլևս ոչ մի անկում չի գրանցելու։
Յուրաքանչուր հայ, հույս է փայփայում, որ նոր թափ հավաքող տնտեսական հեղափոխության արդյունքում բացված մոտ տասնյանկ գործարանները մշտական աշխատանքով կապահովեն հարակից տարածքների բնակիչներին, պետությունը հույս ունի, որ հայրենական արտադրանքն ու արտահանումը կնվազեցնեն ներքին շուկայում տիրող գների մակարդակը, պետական բյուջե մուտք գործող հարկերի ծավալը զգալիորեն կավելանա։
Տնտեսական հեղափոխության բերած դրական իրադարձությունների շղթայական բնույթը ակնհայտ է յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու կենսակերպում, և միայն այն փաստը, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին վստահելով ՀՀ-ում մեծացել է ներդրումների հոսքը, արդեն իսկ վկայում է այն մասին, որ սպասված հեղափոխության ակունքներում կանգնած է այնպիսի մարդ, ով ունի տարիների կուտակած փորձ, և ընկերական հարաբերություններ արտերկրում ապրող գործարորների հետ, ովքեր և վստահլով Ծառուկյանին շտապում են կատարել ներդրումներ։ Ու հենց այդ ներդրումների շնորհիվ մենք գրանցում ենք իրական տնտեսական աճ։
