Ո՞ւմ էր ձեռնտու բանավեճից խուսափումը

Վերջին շրջանում հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտում միմյանց հետ մրցող քաղաքական ուժերի միջև բանավեճեր տեղի չեն ունենում։ Այս մասին հատկապես վերջին ընտրությունների ժամանակ քանիցս բարձրաձայնվեց։ Հայաստանում գոյություն չունի հեռուստաբանավեճ ասված մշակույթը։ Ստացվում է այնպես, որ որպես կանոն քաղաքական ուժերը վախենում են, որ բանավեճի ընթացքում գուցե չկարողանան ճիշտ դիրքերից ներկայացնել իրենց, հատկապես, երբ դիմացինը ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչ է։

Բանավեճը քաղաքական մրցապայքարի առանցքային դերակատարում ունեցող ատրիբուտ է, որի ընթացքում կողմերը կարողանում են ճիշտ դիրքավորվել և ներկայացնել իրենց ծրագրային և գաղափարական առանցքը: Բոլոր ժողովրդավարական երկրներում քաղաքական ընտրարշավի մասնակից ուժերն իրենց համար հիմնական ֆիշկա են համարում բանվաճերի անցկացումը, հատկապես հեռուստաբանավեճերը:

Այսօր ՀՀԿ առաջին փոխնախագահ Վիգեն Սարգսյանն իր ՖԲ էջում հրապարակում էր արել՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հրավիրելով անձնական բանավեճի, ներկայացնելով իր առաջարկները: Բուռն քարոզարշավում ներգրավված վարչապետը հոտընկայս պատասխանել էր, թե Վիգեն Սարգսյանն արտոնյալ չէ, և ինքը կբանավիճի ընտրություններին մասնակցող բոլոր ուժերի առաջին համարի հետ միաժամանակ:

Այն հանգամանքը, որ այդ բանավեճը բավականին սուր և բուռն ընթացք կունենա, դրանում ոչ ոք չի կասկածում, եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ քարոզարշավի երեք օրերում և՛ ՀՀԿ-ն, և՛ «Իմ քայլը» դաշնքը բզկտում են միմյանց՝ ընդհուպ անձնական վիրավորանքներով և սպառնալիքներ ուղղելով իրար հասցեի: Անշուշտ սա ընդունելի վարքագիծ չէ ընտրապայքարի մասնակից ուժի համար, քանի որ պոլիտկոռեկտությունը լավ բան է, և պետք է հեռու մնալ անձնական տիրույթ մտնելուց:

Ինչևէ, երկու գործիչների բանավեճի հարցը դեռևս օդում կախված է, ավելի ճիշտ այն, թերևս, չկայանա: Նշենք մի քանի պատճառներ. հարց է առաջանում, թե ո՞ւմ էր ավելի ձեռնտու հանրային հարթակում տետատետ քննարկում անցկացնել: Կարող ենք նշել, որ, ըստ էության, Նիկոլն իր կարիերայի պիկին է և ունի հանրային անհավանական աջակցություն, սակայն խոցելի դիրքեր առկա են՝ չունի հստակ ծրագիր, որոշակի առումով վարչական ռեսուրսների կիառում է նկատվում, կառավարման յոթ ամիսների ընթացքում շոշափելի ձեռքբերումներ չկան. դրան զուգահեռ ՀՀԿ-ի իշխանության տարիների տապալումները վարչապետի հաղթաթուղթն են, բոլորս գիտենք թե նա ինչպես է ոլորտ առ ոլորտ գետնին հավասարացնում երբեմնի հզոր քաղաքական ուժին:

Չի կարելի միանշանակ ընդգծել, որ Նիկոլը խուսափեց բանավեճից, բավականին տրամաբանված է նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ Սարգսյանի կողմից դա կարող է ընդամենը մանիպուլյացիոն ժեստ լիներ՝ վստահ իմանալով, որ Փաշինյանը կհրաժարվի, և ՀՀԿ-ն դա կշահարկի որպես բանավեճից խուսափել, և հերթական անգամ կշահարկի Փաշինյանի գործունության քննադատությունը:

Հուսանք, որ այնուամենայնիվ առաջիկա քարոզարշավին ականատես կլինենք կառուցողական բանավեճերի, որոնք մեր հանրությանն էլ ավելի կգեներացնեն և քաղքական մասնակցությունը կլինի բավականին ակտիվ:
