Տնտեսական հեղափոխության սկիզբը կամ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոստացած ներդրումային հոսքը

Արման Հարոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանն այն յուրահատուկ երկիրն է, որտեղ հեղափոխությունները հաջորդում են իրար։ Առաջինը՝ թավշյա հեղափոխությունը, իրականություն դարձավ ժողովրդի համախմբման, միաձայն մի ցանկություն արտահայտելու, ինչպես նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա կողքին կանգնող ու սատարող ուժերի, մասնավորապես ԲՀԿ-ի, շնորհիվ։ Այս հեղափոխությանը հաջորդելու եկավ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խոստացած տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը։ Իհարկե այն պակաս կարևոր չէ, քանի որ հեղափոխությունների այս տրամաբանական շղթան կառուցվում է երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակից ելնելով։ Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը իր նպատակին կհասնի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին, երբ կձևավորվի նոր, ժողովրդի ցանկությանը համահունչ իշխանություն։ Իսկ ահա տնտեսական հեղափոխություն իրականացնելու համար շատ ջանքեր, ռեսուրսներ ու ժամանակ է պահանջվում։ Սակայն, ինչպես գիտենք, տնտեսական հեղափոխության «կազմակերպիչ» Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արդեն մի քանի ամիս է, ինչ միլիոնավոր դոլարների ներդրումների շնորհիվ խոստացած հեղափոխությունն է իրականացնում։
Տնտեսական հեղափոխության նման սկիզբը խոստումնալից է, քանի որ չի անցել նույնիսկ երկու ամիս, բայց արդեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ներգրաված հսկայական ներդրումների շնորհիվ բացվել է 3 գործարան, ու դեռ 10-ն էլ բացվելու է։ Ու ի՞նչ է սա, եթե ոչ տնտեսական հեղափոխություն։ Այս հսկայածավալ հեղափոխությունը, որ ներառում է տնտեսության գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտները, դեռ երկար է տևելու։
Հույս ենք հայտնում, որ Ծառուկյանի ջանքերի ու տնտեսական հեղափոխության շնորհիվ Հայաստանում իսկապես վերանալու է գործազրկությունն ու արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնող հայերի հոսքը։
Հատկանշական է, որ Ծառուկյանի որդեգրած ներդրումային քաղաքականությունը ներառում է ոլորտներ, որոնք զարգացնելը արտաքին աշխարհի հետ համահունչ քայլելու առաջնային նախապայմաններից են: Այսինքն զարկ է տրվել ոչ միայն թեթև և ծանր արդյունաբերությանը, այլև նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաներն, իսկ դա չափազանց կարևոր է իրական տնտեսական աճ ապահովելու ճանապարհին:
