Ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի հետ համագործակցությունն անշեղորեն ընդլայնվում է

Աբել Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 22-ին աշխատանքային այցով Մոսկվայում էր գտնվում «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության պատվիրակությունը՝ կուսակցության նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Այցի շրջանակներում Ծառուկյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային Ժողովի Պետական Դումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինի, «Եդինայա Ռոսսիա» խմբակցության ղեկավար Սերգեյ Նեվերովի և այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ: Այս հանդիպումները կարող ենք դիտարկել նաև պատասխան այցի շրջանակներում, քանի որ ընդամենը մի քանի ամիս առաջ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստանում էին ՌԴ Պետդումայի ներկայացուցիչները՝ Նեվերովի գլխավորությամբ:
Քննարկված հարցերի շրջանակը կարելի է միանգամայն տրամաբանական անվանել: Կողմերը բարձր են գնահատել «Եդինայա Ռոսսիա» և «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունների 10-ամյա համագործակցությունը, արդյունավետ են գնահատել երկու երկրների երիտասարդների վերջին համաժողովը: Պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակել արդեն սկսած ծրագրերը, ինչպես նաև զարկ տալ քաղաքական և տնտեսական բլոկի նորանոր նախագծերի:
Պետդումայի նախագահը Ծառուկյանի հետ զրույցում նշել է նաև, որ իրենց ուշադրության կենտրոնում են պահում Հայաստանում սպասվելիք արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, որոնցում ներկա են լինելու նաև Ռուսաստանի դիտորդները: Ինչպես նաև հույս է հայտնել, որ ԲՀԿ-ն խորհրդարանում իր ներկայությունը էլ ավելի կմեծացնի, ինչը հետագա հեռակարներ գծելու ավելի ամուր հիմք կհանդիսանա 2 պետությունների և 2 կուսակցությունների միջև, որոնք ունեն ամուր անցյալ, և ունենալու են է՛լ ավելի ամուր ապագա:
Ցանկացած հարց, առավել ևս միջազգային հարթությունում, կարգավորվում է հետևողական և սրտացավ աշխատանքով: Իր ամփոփիչ հարցազրույցում Ծառուկյանը ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատելով ռազմաքաղաքական հայտնի այն իրողությունը, որ Ռուսաստանը Հայաստանի թիվ մեկ գործընկերն է, հույս հայտնեց, որ տնտեսական և քաղաքական սպեկտրում համագործակցությունը կխորանա, հարաբերություններն էլ ավելի կջերմանան:
Եվս մեկ այց նախատեսվում է արդեն արտահերթ ընտրություններից հետո, իսկ պատասխան այցի հրավերը ռուսական կողմը մեծ սիրով ընդունել է:
