Փաշինյանի երթի նպատակը ընտրությունները տապալելն է. Դավիթ Շահնազարյան

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է տապալել առաջիկա ընտրությունները։ Այս մասին NEWS.am–ի հետ հարցազրույցում ասաց ՀՀԿ ցուցակով ԱԺ պատգամավորի թեկնածու, ՀՀՇ հիմնադիր, անկուսակցական Դավիթ Շահնազարյանը։

«Որովհետեւ նա շատ լավ հասկանում է՝ եթե խոսում էր 80–90 տոկոսի մասին, հիմա ինքը լուրջ խնդիր է ունենալու արդեն դեկտեմբերին մեծամասնություն ունենալու համար։ Դրա համար սեղանը պետք է շուռ տալ։ Սա է իր պարզունակ ծրագիրը, իր անակնկալը։ Սա մարտահրավեր է մեր պետականությանը. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը տապալում է առաջիկա ընտրությունները. չի հաջողվելու դա իրեն»,–ասաց նա։

Ընտրությունները տապալելու մեխանիզմը, Շահնազարյանի համոզմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ծրագրած Մեծ երթն է Երեւանում։

«Վաղը աշխատանքային օր է, դպրոցներում կան դասեր եւ ինչո՞ւ է այդպես բացահայտ ձեւով վարչախումբը գնում օրենքների ոտնահարման։ Դրանից հետո ԿԸՀ–ն, ուզի, թե չուզի, պետք է արձագանքի իշխանության թույլ տված այդ աղաղակող ապօրինություններին եւ, ուզի, թե չուզի, առնվազն պետք է քննարկվի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի՝ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու եւ չմասնակցելու հարցը։ Այն, ինչ պետք է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին։ Դրանից հետո, մեծ երեւակայություն պետք չէ ունենալ, որպեսզի հասկանալ՝ ինչ կարգախոսներ առաջ կքաշեն, թե նախորդ հանցավոր իշխանությունները ուզում են արգելել, որ մենք մասնակցենք առաջիկա ընտրություններին, կհավաքի ամբոխ եւ ամբոխով կպայքարի իր իսկ ստեղծած խնդրի դեմ. այն, ինչին մենք ականատես ենք եղել»,–ասաց Դավիթ Շահնազարյանը։

Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ արեց, որ ընտրությունները դեկտեմբերին անցկացվեն, բայց, Շահնազարյանի համոզմամբ, իրենք հասկացան, որ քաղաքական գործընթացում անելիք չունեն. «Ինչ է պետք անել դրա համար. պետք է նորից վերադառնալ ամբոխահաճությանը, դիմել ամբոխի օգնությանը։ Դրա համար սկսեցին օրենքի, քարոզարշավի կանոնների այդ պարբերական խախտումները, երբ պաշտոնապես քարոզարշավը չի սկսվել, բայց դա քիչ է։ Նա ուզում է ընտրությունները դարձնել ամբոխավարական գործընթաց, որովհետեւ չի լինի քաղաքական բանավեճ, կլինի մէկ հոգււ կարծիք, մեզ ծանոթ ամբոխահաճո հռետորաբանություն եւ, ինչու չէ, նույնիսկ տապալել ընտրությունները եւ Հայաստանը գցել արդեն Սահմանադրական խոր ճգնաժամի մեջ»։
