Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը՝ Նոր Հայաստանի ներդրումային բումի հեղինակ

Ներդրումային քաղաքականության հիմնական նպատակն է ներդրումային և գործարար բարենպաստ միջավայրի ձևավորումը, կարգավորող միջավայրի թափանցիկության բարձրացումը, երկրի մրցակցային առավելությունների բացահայտումը: Դրանց մաս են կազմում նաև իրականացվող ներդրումների ծավալների մեծացումը, շուկայական ենթակառուցվածքի զարգացումը, որակյալ և բարձր վարձատրվող աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, ինչպես նաև մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացումը, և այդ բոլորի հիման վրա` տնտեսական կայուն աճի և բնակչության բարեկեցության ապահովումը։

Ներդրումների դիվերսիֆիկացիան ներդրումների տեղաբաշխումն է՝ տարբեր արժեթղթերում և ներդրումային գործիքներում:


Հայաստանում ներկայում գործող խոշոր ներդրումների մասին խոսելով՝ չենք կարող չխոսել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին:

ԲՀԿ-ն առաջիկա ընտրություններին մասնակցող միակ քաղաքական ուժն է, որը հանդես կգա հստակ ներդրումային ծրագրերով։

Օրերս՝ «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագրով կլոր սեղան-համաժողովին ԲՀԿ նախագահի հրավերով Հայաստան էին ժամանել ավելի քան 20 երկրի խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, առևտրի և արդյունաբերական պալատների նախագահներ, խոշոր ընկերությունների ղեկավար կազմի ներկայացուցիչներ: Ծառուկյանն իր պատրաստակամությունն է հայտնել ծանոթացնելու հյուրերին Հայաստանի բիզնեսի միջավայրի տարբեր ոլորտների առանձնահատկություններին:

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ Աբովյանում նոր երիտասարդական բնակելի թաղամաս է կառուցվում: Սոցիալական բնակարանաշինության ծրագրի նպատակն այն է, որ մարդը կարողանա իր աշխատավարձով բնակարանի տեր դառնալ: Երիտասարդական բնակելի թաղամասում նախնական հաշվարկով կառուցվելու է 9 և 10 հարկանի 17 բնակելի շենք։ Թաղամասն ունենալու է նաև ավտոկայանատեղի, խաղահրապարակներ, զրուցարաններ, մանկապարտեզ, սուպերմարկետ, լվացքատուն և բնակիչներին անհրաժեշտ բոլոր հարմարությունները:


Նաև նշենք, որ լայն թափով շարունակվում է մոտ մեկ միլիոն քառակուսի մետր տարածքում արդյունաբերական խոշոր քաղաք կառուցելու՝ Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի և Սիրիայում մեծ ճանաչում ունեցող «Սաբաղ գրուպ» ընկերության համատեղ ներդրումային նախագիծը:

ՀՀ երբեմնի հզոր տեքստիլ արդյունաբերությունը վերակենդանացնելու նպատակով՝ մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ կողմերի միջև կնքվեց ներդրումային պայմանագիր: Այն նախատեսում է առաջիկա 5 տարում Հայաստանի տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության ոլորտում ստեղծել ավելի քան 7000 աշխատատեղ: Ներդրումների ընդհանուր ծավալը գերազանցելու է 500 միլիոն դոլարը:

Խոշորամասշտաբ ներդրումային ծրագրով Հայաստանում մոտ 13 գործարան կկառուցվի:

Վերոնշյալից կարող ենք նշել, որ նման վստահելի գործընկերոջ շնորհիվ ՀՀ-ում ներդրումների ալիքը չի դադարի, դեռ ավելին, հաշվի առնելով Ծառուկյանի անձնական հեղինակությունը՝ պրոգրեսիվ կերպով կաճի, հասնելով այն մակարդակի, երբ դրա արդյունքում կունենանք երկնիշ տնտեսական աճ և զարգացող պետություն:
