Սոցիալական ոլորտը «լուպայի» տակ

Այս տարիների ընթացքում «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի գործունեության հիմնական ռազմավարական ուղղություններից են հանդիսացել եկեղեցաշինությունը, կրթական հաստատությունների օգնությունն ու երիտասարդական նախաձեռնությունների խրախուսումը, սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի աջակցությունը, գիտության, արվեստի, մշակույթի ու սպորտի ճանաչված մարդկանց մեծարումը, սպորտի բնագավառների համակողմանի աջակցությունը:
Հիմնադրամն առանձնահատուկ կարևորություն է տալիս հատկապես սոցիալական ուղղվածության ծրագրերին և ստեղծման առաջին իսկ օրվանից իր ուշադրության առանցքում է պահում հանրության ամենատարբեր շերտերին մտահոգող խնդիրները: Հիմնադրամը գործունեության 15 տարիների ընթացքում լայնամասշտաբ սոցիալական ծրագրեր է իրականացրել ինչպես մայրաքաղաք Երևանում, այնպես էլ հանրապետության ամբողջ տարածքում: Հատկապես ՀՀ սահմանամերձ շրջանների հանդեպ աջակցությունը հիմնադրամի համար մշտապես եղել է առաջնահերթ, իսկ այնտեղ առկա բազմաթիվ խնդիրների լուծումը՝ ժամանակի հրամայական:
Կատարվածից թերևս հիշատակման արժանի են գնդակոծությունների հետևանքով վնասված բազմաթիվ տների նորոգում ու տանիքածածկում, ջրատար խողովակների տեղադրում, գյուղտեխնիկայի նվիրատվություն սահմանամերձ բոլոր համայնքներին և ոչ միայն: Հիմնադրամի ուշադրությունից անմասն չեն մնացել նաև հեռավոր ու սահմանամերձ շրջաններում բնակվող երեխաները: Կարևոր համարելով հավասար պայմանների ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը սահմանամերձ շրջաններում բնակվող երեխաների համար՝ հիմնադրամը տարիներ շարունակ գրենական պիտույքներ ու մարզական զանազան պարագաներ է նվիրաբերել սահմանամերձ համայնքների դպրոցներին ու մանկապարտեզներին:
Բարեգործական հիմնադրամը զգալի ֆինանսական միջոցներ է ուղղում նաև մեր երկրի գյուղատնտեսության զարգացմանը: Տևական ժամանակ է, որ  հիմնադրամի ֆինանսավորմամբ ՀՀ տարբեր բնակավայրերում բազմաթիվ մեծամասշտաբ ծրագրեր են իրականացվում: Հիմնադրամը տարիներ շարունակ բազմակողմանի աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում նաև Արարատի և Արմավիրի մարզի խաղողագործներին: Յուրաքանչյուր տարի շուկայականից անհամեմատ էժան գնով հատկացվող բարձրորակ պարարտանյութը, դեղորայքն ու դիզվառելիքը դարձել են իսկական փրկություն հազարավոր հողագործների համար, իսկ փորձառու մասնագետների անվճար խորհրդատվությունը՝ ճշգրիտ ուղեցույց բազում անորոշ հարցերին: Ընդառաջ գնալով բազմաթիվ գյուղացիների խնդրանքին՝ հիմնադրամը վերջին տարիներին նաև խաղողի այգիների համար անհրաժեշտ բետոնե հենասյուներ է հատկացնում հարյուրավոր խաղողագործների, որոնց միջոցով հնարավոր է դառնում ոչ միայն պահպանել խաղողի բերքը, այլև նոր այգիներ հիմնել՝ ավելացնելով գյուղացիների եկամուտն ու հոգալով տարվա ապրուստը:
Մշտապես ուշադրության առանցքում պահելով գյուղացուն մտահոգող խնդիրները՝ հիմնադրամը, ընդառաջ գնալով բազմաթիվ բնակիչների խնդրանքներին, տևական ժամանակ մեծ քանակությամբ կարտոֆիլի և ցորենի սերմացու, ինչպես նաև տուկի թել է տրամադրել հանրապետության տարբեր համայնքներում բնակվող հազարավոր գյուղացիների՝ կիսելով նրանց դժվարին հոգսն ու հնարավորություն ընձեռելով վաստակելու տարվա ապրուստը:
