Այդ այգիները 15 տարի առաջ չկային. Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ներկայացուցիչը հակադարձում է Դավիթ Սանասարյանին

Պետական վերահսկողության ծառայության ղեկավար Դավիթ Սանասարյանը նախօրեին հայտարարել է, թե Արտաշատի ՋՕԸ-ի մասին առաջիկա հինգշաբթի օրը, հավանաբար, տեղեկություն կհրապարակվի, իսկ այս պահին դեռ ստուգումները շարունակվում են:

«Դուք գիտեք, գործը հարուցվել է նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և եղբոր ընտանիքին պատկանող այգիների հետ կապված: Ապօրինի օգտվում էին ջրից, ըստ տվյալների՝ շուրջ 15 տարի է դա տեղի ունեցել: Քննությունը շարունակվում է, այդ մասին իրավապահները կտեղեկացնեն: Այլ չարաշահումներ ու յուրացումներ կան Արտաշատի ՋԸՕ-ում, ինչի մասին հավանաբար հինգշաբթի օրը կխոսենք»,- հայտարարել է Դավիթ Սանասարյանը և հավելել, որ մոտավոր գնահատականներով խոսքը տարեկան մոտ 10 մլն դրամի վնասի մասին է, որը գնահատվում է պետությանը հասցված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի վնաս: Սանասարյանի կարծիքով՝ իրականում սակայն ավելի մեծ ծավալի չարաշահումներ կան, և գործը կհասնի անգամ նախորդ 14 տարիների ջրային կոմիտեների ղեկավարներին:

Լրագրողները նաև հետաքրքրվել են՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի իմացությամբ կամ մասնակցությա՞մբ են եղել այդ խախտումները: Ի պատասխան՝ Դավիթ Սանասարյանն ասել է, թե նա խոշոր տնտեսավարող է եղել, վարչապետ, ԱԺ նախագահ: «Եթե 15 տարի հետ գնանք և տեսնենք, թե ինչ պաշտոններ է ունեցել, եթե չի իմացել, շատ ավելի վատ»,- հայատրարել էր Սանասարյանը:

Փաստացի պետական վերահսկողական ծառայության ղեկավարը նախկին վարչապետին և ԱԺ նախագահին մեղադրում է ջրագողության մեջ՝ ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս տարեկան 10 մլն դրամի չափով: Մենք այս առնչությամբ փորձեցինք մեկնաբանություն ստանալ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող ընկերությունից: «Արտաշատ Վինկոն» ընկերության գլխավոր գյուղատնտես Վիրաբ Գալստյանը մեզ հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ խնդրո առարկա այգիների մակերեսը մոտ 15,5 հա է: Դրանից 12 հա այգին տնկվել է 9 տարի առաջ, իսկ 3,5 հա՝ 5 տարի առաջ. «Այսինքն՝ այդ այգիները ընդամենը 9 տարի առաջ են հիմնվել, ինչպես կարող էր 15 տարվա ոռուգման ջրի խնդիր լինել, երբ այդ այգիները 15 տարի առաջ գոյություն չեն ունեցել»,- զարմացած հարցնում է գտյուղատնտեսը՝ արձագանքելով Դավիթ Սանասարյանին: Վիրաբ Գալստյանի խոսքով՝ իրենք այգու տարածքում ունեն ջրհոր, որտեղից էլ ջրում էն այգին. «Եթե ջրհորի ջուրը չի բավականացնում, մենք դիմում ենք Արտաշատի ՋՕԸ-ին, համապատասխան կանխավճար կատարում և նոր միայն ստանում ոռոգման ջուր»,- տեղեկացրեց «Արտաշատ Վինկոն» ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը՝ հավելով, որ պատրաստ են հրապարակել բոլոր փաստաթղթերը, որոնք կփաստեն, որ իրենք ոռոգման ջուրը ձեռք են բերել միանգամյան օրինական ճանապարհով: Թե ինչու է Դավիթ Սանասարյանը թիրախավորված առաջ տանում ոռոգման ջրի այս պատմությունը, գյուղատնտեսը դժվարացավ պարզաբանել:

Մեր կողմից հավելենք, որ եթե հարուցվել է գործ և ընթանում է նախաքննություն, ապա պետք է սպասել նախաքննության ավարտին: Պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյայի կողմից «եթե»-ով և «հավանաբար»-ով գնահտականներ հնչեցնելը անմեղության կանխավարկածի խախտում է, նախընտրական շրջանում քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ շահելու անհաջող փորձ:
